{{ Aquapaw has OCD me thinks. }} Aquapaw watched as her leader padded into her den, did Vividstar know where Deergrace went? Aquapaw looked around at the other cats, she couldn't be in any danger could she? With those rouge cats around anything could happen. But, a warrior would have seen her right? But it would be safer to ask Vividstar...
She padded up to Vividstars den, she hesitated. Was she sleeping? Should she disturb her? Would she be as annoying as these questions are to you reading them? She didn't know. She sat down infront of her leaders tunnel. What would she say anyway, "Help me my mentors missing?" No, that sounded stupid. Now that she though of it, so did the word 'sounded'. Oh StarClan, irrational thinking...

Before long Aquapaw's scent got mingled among her scent glands and she found herself alert again. Using the ground she dug her claws in and pushed her hind end up first, stretching her front limbs before straightening up. With a soundless sigh she took a seat and sat up neatly, tail wrapped around her paws as usual. "What is it Aquapaw?" She asked. It surprised her how weary and tired she sounded already. Why did they always need something? Why could they not just be happy for a day, maybe even a moon, could Grebewing not help? She let out a snort that came as a rush of hot air from her nose.[/blocqkuote]

Falconpaw grinned. "Can we please go, Nettlescreech?" the tom begged his mentor, sheathing and unsheathing his claws, making deep indentations into the soil. "I'm itching to get out of the camp," he moaned dramatically, flicking his tail playfully. He looked at Flickerpaw, and back to Nettlescreech. "Flickerpaw is allowed out as well, right?" he asked hopefully, kneading the ground in a slow, rhythmic pace. A cocky, sarcastic smile was plastered onto his face. But it turned into a frown. He wanted to go out without a mentor, or warrior. But at least they could get a little training in. He couldn't wait to be a warrior, then maybe become a mentor when he got older. He sighed as he thought about it, imagining himself walking proudly up to accept an apprentice. He then snapped back into reality, and grinned at his idiotic daydreams. They rarely happened, and when they did, he growled at himself, for he may have missed something important.

Aquapaw looked nervously at Vividstar, had she made her angry? She didn't mean too! Maybe it was a stupid idea. Of course Deergrace was around somewhere. Maybe even in camp and Aquapaw hadn't looked somewhere. Of course that was it. No point worrying, everything was fine! Even as she did try to reassure herself, Aquapaw still felt a little worried.
"Well, I, looking for Deergrace and..." Aquapaw mummured, "Never mind, Sorry."
Aquapaw looked at the floor, embarrased. How coul;d she diusturb her leader like this? Vividstar had alot to do and it mustnt be good to be woken up by an apprentice with nightmare like thoughts. She was acting like a kit!

"No, tell us."
Grebewing's commanding voice rose from behind Aquapaw. The massive she-cat paused and looked over the small white she-cat at Vividstar before turning her storm-gray eyes back to the medicine cat apprentice. She affixed the she-cat with such a stare that would've curdled the blood of any rogue attempting to come in CelestialClan territory, but in this case, she was merely annoyed with Aquapaw's bothering of the tired Vividstar and then dismissal. The deputy frowned slightly. She had been about to talk to her leader about Perilstar and that TempestClan business as well as some CelestialClan happenings, but she supposed Aquapaw's business was at hand. Where the hell was Deergrace in all this?
"Go on. You were looking for Deergrace and...?" Grebewing sat down, trying not to cow the apprentice any more than inherently so. Vividstar had to realize that being a leader (especially a very young one) was mentally and physically tiring and she couldn't wear her irritation on her sleeve. Grebewing might've been hypocritical in thinking so, as she was one of the most hot-headed women out there, but that's why she was just deputy and not in Vividstar's position.

Aquapaw jumped and turned around as she heard Grebewings voice behind her. Had she made her angry? She was sure she had. She should have just forgotten about the whole thing really. She was so stupid getting herself into this! She would have to tell them her worries now wouldn't she? Great. Grebewing kind of scared her though, she was always so loud! And then when she told you to do something, you knew it was a command and not a reqest, there was a biiig difference.
"She's not here," Aquapaw explained quietly, "I've looked eveywhere and I havent seen her in ages. I know its stupid worrying, and I shouldn't have bothered Vividstar. Sorry Grebewing," She turned to Vividstar, "Sorry Vividstar,"
She lowered her head in shame to both of them. What would they say to her? Would she be in trouble and get a punishment? Great, though she suposed she deserved it.

Vividstar was about to say something when Grebewing did first, who could not love Grebewing? She suppressed a soundless sigh of relief and sat by the side lines as she let Grebewing handle it. Vividstar looked at her paws feeling a little guilty for a moment before beginning to day dream, about sleep and all things nice and problem free. It felt a little as though she was mentally falling on Grebewing. The she-cat always seemed to be there at weak moments. She was caught off guard when she heard her name. "No it's fine Aquapaw, on you go now." She meowed softly. She maintained her sitting position until after the apprentice had left her sight and flopped onto her side again. As she knew leader's and deputy's should normally hold more respectful meeting with each other, Grebewing was a bit different as her deputy, more of a guardian to check she was doing her job right.

Grebewing grunted. "Don't apologize," the deputy murmured.
Her stormy eyes turned over to Vividstar. "I don't know how much training Deergrace has done with Aquapaw but perhaps we could talk to VertigoClan's Humblecharm about helping us out if we can't find Deergrace soon. I know she has Littlepaw so if something in VertigoClan happens, Littlepaw could probably handle it..." The massive tortoiseshell blocked the entrance of Vividstar's den so that no one could leave or enter.
Slits turned to Aquapaw. "Unless you're ready to become a full-fledged medicine cat...?" She raised her brows at the she-cat, wondering if the femme was up to the challenge of such a stressful position. What did Vividstar think about all this?

Aquapaw stared at Grebewing, she could become a medicine cat? A real medicine cat?! She really wanted that! That would be the greatest! Maybe she could be the medicine cat, but then if Deergrace was found what would happen? It wouldn't be up to her through would it? Vividstar, or Grebewing would sort that out.
"I would like to be a medicine cat," Aquapaw replied to Grebewing, "I think I might be ready..."
She was hesitant on her last sentence, was she ready? She knew most of the herbs, and how to treat many wounds that cats came to her den with. She had often worked alone while Deergrace was out. Maybe...
"No, I am ready."

Vividstar sat up again and looked Aquapaw straight in the eyes, she watched the she-cats body language as she said this like a hawk. She secretly tasted the air for any fear scent that might be coming from Aquapaw, however for the moment there was nothing. "We shall have a ceremony to honor Deergrace, then you Aquapaw will be announced as the new medicine cat, we shall hold this when the moon is at its highest point later tonight, but for now I have something I must do, if you would excuse me, Grebewing, Aquapaw." She meowed looking from one she-cat to the other. Everything would work itself out in the end, now however a bit to leader-to-leader support would be helpful. As she turned her back on the other two a small soft smirk played up upon her face. She would decide on Aquapaw's new name later, her insides tingled as she left the tunnels of the camp and headed out into the territory, the sky glowed orange as the sun was setting. Turning her back on the camp she moved as quickly as she could through the territory, despite her best efforts to keep her clan safe, none of the restrictions applied to her, she had nine lives, and after all Perilstar would be with her soon. She smirked again.
Vividstar to Tempestclan terra.

Getting bored with just sitting around being a slug the beautiful she-cat got up and walked around trying to find a cat to talk to. Amethystoculi couldn't find anyone of interest so she wandered over to the nursery, inhaling deeply. She enjoyed the smell of milk emanating from the enclosed nest. Then, not wanting to be stared at, she walked back into the warriors den and curled up in a nest, not intending on sleeping, but she closed her eyes and made it look like she was taking a nap so she could think in peace.

A younger warrior stepped gracefully out of the underground tunnle where the warriors slept. Her brown and black tabby fur was freshly groomed, and her yellow eyes alight. This was Swiftstep. The beautiful CelestialClan she-cat strtched, glad somewhat to be out of the ground where she could strtch and lounge luxeriously. Swiftstep glanced around, looking for someone to chat with, an apprentice to scold or a tom to flirt with. She spotted Grebewing and Aquapaw off a little ways, Vividstar had just left them and was wandering out of camp, with a somewhat small smile on her pretty face. But Swiftstep ignored her, thinking nothing of it.
"Why hello there Aquapaw...Grebewing..." she purred, slithering in a way over to them. She thought that Grebewing had a mate already, or so she recalled. But sometimes tom's could take one or two she-cats as their mates. She had heard of some cats doing that before. Wandering up to him she smiled brilliantly at him. "Good morning to you two, how's the prey running?" she asked sweetly, giving all her attention to Grebewing and more or less ignoring the small apprentice beside her. She was sure the medicine cat knew of her reputation, they could normally sense these kind of things. But of course hardly any other cats did know of her. She waited for Grebewing's reply.

TEALTiDE The haze of the sun trying to fight its way through the clouds had woken up the tabby tom. Also, the chill in the air. The tom was curled into a tight ball, and yet still shivering, the air seeming so frigid, the light seeming so little. Tealtide sighed, wishing the day to go away, as quickly as his sleepless night had. He never did like the lastt few moons of Leaf-bare, looking forward to the New-Leaf that seemed would never come to them, the ground would never become soft, the leaves never return to the trees. Tealtide dare not open his eyes, only to see the coldness of the light of the new day to shine upon him, dancing into the shadows that he longed to be part of, where it was dark, and he could sleep some more. His eyes now slightly adjusted to the mornings rays, he began to groom his large, fluffy body, his paws working on the ground. This alone time was time that he enjoyed. After this, when he walked into the camp, the tom was on his toes all day, waiting to be called upon for a patrol, or a hunting party. This was the one time, apart from in his sleep, where he wouldn't be bothered or interrupted by other cats. His ears pricked as he listened for any activity out in the center of camp, but it seemed quiet, apart from the quiet thrum of one cats footsteps crossing into another den, he supposed. He still had a few moments left of his alone time.
He then heard a few voices. The scent of Aquapaw and Grebewing surrounded his bodice, and he picked himself to his feet. Why waste time? He then picked up the voice of another cat. One he had rarely seen, let alone talked to. It was definitely a she-cat. He knew the face, recognized the voice, but he couldn't put a name to her. Looking to his paws, he racked through all the possible names of the CelestialClan cats. This bothered him. He strongly disliked forgetting a name, and having to look like a stupid furball by asking their names. It was morning, and he was tired. That was his excuse. As he was going through the names, one name he didn't quite recognize came into mind. A name he didn't know what face to put to. It must be her. Her name was Swiftstep. The young warrior he never quite got the chance to talk to. The tom just stood. His bodice was half inside, half outside the warriors den. He was still depicting whether or not to join the three in the clearing, as he saw the body of one who looked like Vividstar, exiting the camp. Should she have gone alone? thought the tom. Taking a deep breath, the tom shook himself, and padded out of the warriors den. Time to start a new day, he thought to himself, wanting to roll his eyes, but in the same, wanting to smile, and trot up to the others. He seemed to have woken up on the wrong side of the nest, for he wasn't in the most pleasant of moods.
"Aquapaw...Grebewing..." the tom began, their names tumbling smoothly out of his mouth. "Swift...step," the tom with the striking teal eyes concluded with, pronouncing the name almost questioningly.

A new scent filled her glands as another cat joined them. It was...whats his name...Tealtide. Yes that was who. She bent her head in welcoming. "Why hello to you too then Tealtide..." she whispered softly, her yellow eyes betraying the shyness she was trying hard to fool him with. She liked the looks of this warrior more then Grebewing. She turned away from her deputy and the medicine cat apprentice to the hadsome tom. "How was your sleep Tealtide?" she murmmered questioningly, tipping her beautiful head to the side, cocking it to the left. Her ears pricked and she wrapped her tail around her paws. Her stricking pose was what she often used to catch a tom's eye, and she had a fair feeling that the same one could just maybe catch the gorgeuos teal eyes of her new 'friend'.
ooc: LOL She is a flirt by the way if you think she is acting wierd LOL.[/size]

She bent her head. She meant it in welcoming. "Why hello to you too then Tealtide..." Whispered this Swiftstep. "How was your sleep Tealtide?" asked the she-cat, who he supposed he had gotten the name right. How had she known he was slee- he cut off his thought. He just came out of the warriors den, and he probably looked like a utter fool, looking completely foolish. Tealtide swallowed, thinking long and hard. All he could do was greet her in his peculiar way of greeting others. The tom dipped his head, lifted his paw to the ground, and stretched his neck toward his paws, his liver colored nose not yet touching the ground. He picked back up his head, his teal eyes shining. He smiled a small smile, the smile he greeted those who he did not yet know to a full extent, hence why he greeted this Swiftstep formally. Normally he would not. This greeting was for those he did not yet have the pleasure to know fully, or for those with high authority. "My sleep was fine, thank you. How long have you been up?" he asked, hoping to end this conversation. But knowing she-cat's this would go on for quite a bit longer. He sat quietly, his tail-tip twitching oh-so often.
(Sorry it, too, is so short, I have to go to dinner x])
