Shatteredrose looked up to see Dawnfire. Great. Now she would have to face the embarrassment of having to be looked at by the medicine cat. For StarClan's sake, hadn't she lost enough of her dignity? Avoiding Dawnfire's gaze she muttered, "I fell out of a tree. I can't put my weight on my front leg." To illustrate her point, she tried to get to her feet, and at once a sharp stabbing pain shot up her front leg. She stumbled, and just managed to steady herself so that she was standing on three legs. Luckily the medicine den was nearby, so she wouldn't have to drag herself across camp with everyone watching.

^{Featheredpaw came back from the terra and dropped off the fresh-kill in the fresh-kill pile. When she padded over to the medicine cat's den, she spotted Shatteredrose struggling, trying to reach the den. The apprentice, without hesitation, quickly went to the injured warrior and supported her, making it better for her to pad over to the den. "You shouldn't be struggling yourself," she advised.}

Horsetear watched as Lilythorn padded out of the camp without him. He went over to the other cats and sat down with a thump, "Why do I bother being nice," he mumbled hoping for some cat to hear him and ask him what was wrong.

Dawnfire turned toward Lynxstar. "Are you a leader or a medicine cat? Go on scat! I'll tell you if it's serious. Shoo all of you. How am I supposed to work with the whole clan staring over my shoulder?" She walked into her den and begin looking at Shatteredrose's leg. "Hm I don't think it's broken, It was dislocated though. Featheredpaw I need you to fetch a few poppyseed and than come back and help me."

<sup>"Yes Dawnfire," Featheredpaw instanly responded and she ran off to find some poppy seeds. The cream she-cat suggested herself to go to the terra since there was some poppys there also. Yes, and she might also catch a nice peaceful breeze... But no time to lose! Featheredpaw dashed away from the camp and off she goes into the terra.

Thoroughly taken aback by Dawnfire's fiery snapping, Lynxstar stumbled back a step and blinked, wanting to smile cheerfully at the outburst. If Apsenfrost had done it, she would have smiled, but Dawnfire seemed so serious, and so sour! Lynxstar blinked and turned her face away, feeling frustration well up in her throat and chest, watching Featheredpaw bustle away, cowed, did not help. Grimacing, she noted to have a word with Dawnfire soon, she swung her massive frame around and padded grimly out of the cave, featyures still tristed grumpily, making her pawsteps heavy and loud. In such a such a huff, she knew hutning would do no good but fighting... maybe. Beady gray eyes danced around the clearing in search of Flamingpaw.}

Flamingpaw was still moping around about Chasmpaw when she spotted Lynxstar looking around. Maybe she wants to train! she thought, excited instantly. She raced over to Lynxstar, nearly crashing into the leader. Well THAT could have been embarrassing. She smiled at Lynxstar. "Can we go training?" she asked her mentor, eagerly looking up to her.

^{A smiled lightened up Lynxstar's heavy face as she watched recognition flood into her pacing apprentice's face. The ginger she-cat never failed to entertain and amuse. Lynxstar mroowwed her laughter as the young she-cat skidded over, nearly crashing into her before Lynxstar jumped back a step. "Settle down, Flamingpaw!" She chuckled, brushing her nose over the tops of Flamingpaw's ears. "That's just what I was going to ask you, Young One," She purred. "Come now, what is on your mind? You were pacing."}

Flaminpaw cringed when Lynxstar asked why she was pacing. She followed her mentor and leader out of the camp and into the territory.

Shatteredrose narrowed her eyes. Featheredpaw had not come back yet. Turning to Dawnfire she meowed, "I thought Featheredpaw went to get poppy seeds? I don't mean to hurry you, but this is getting really sore." It was true, the pain was giving her a headache. At least the rest of the Clan were too busy with their own stuff to notice her.

^{Featheredpaw rushed back to camp with the poppy seeds and arrives at the Medicine Cat's den. "Sorry I'm late," she mewed, "I have the poppy seeds." Featheredpaw looks at Shatteredrose who was in great pain. She felt really sad on the inside, but kept a plain face.}

Dawnfire nodded and quickly got to work. "Here eat these." She handed Shatteredrose the poppyseeds. "Alright now Featheredpaw hold her down. Grit your teeth this will hurt." She grasped the injured leg in her jaws and gave it a quick pull wincing slightly as it clicked into place. "Alright help her to the warriors den, Featheredpaw."

Radianteclipse padded into camp, and without pausing to check if Emeraldfire was there she padded into the medicine cats den, where she was joined by Dawnfire. "I was out in th territory and I got this stabbing pain in my stomach, and it was really sore, and then I felt it again, and I got forced to come here." She told Dawnfire.

Dawnfire nodded. "Alright just lay down here and let me take a look." She gently pressed down on certain places and nodded again. "Well you won't be sleeping in the warriors den tonight." Her voice was sharp but she was smiling.

Radianteclipse lay down like she was asked to, she really could not see the point in this, i was probably just a bad mouse or something. "Wait what?" she asked slightly alarmed, she did not understand the smile that Dawnfire was wearing and it unsettled her.
