Serenewinter dipped her head to Shatteredrose and left the she-cat to her thoughts. It was obvious that Shatteredrose wanted to be alone with her thoughts, and she respected that. Leaving the medicine cats den she surveyed the camp with her ice cool eyes, she didn't really want to talk with anyone. She was hungry, but she felt almost as if she would throw anything that she ate up. She noticed Mistakenpaw and sighed, she began to slowly make her way over to the young tom. "Hey." She meowed absently then let the seconds tick by slowly. "Would you like to train?" she meowed softly. |

Lilythorn padded back to where Northwind and Cloverspring were standing. "I'm back kids." she joked with the younger warriors, then noticed Radianteclipse sitting next to her friends. "Hello again Radianteclipse. What exactly happened on your hunt?" she mewed, concerned about how Shatteredrose had gotten hurt.

"Sure" Mistakenpaw kept his voice indifferent. So what if he was difficult? The rest of the clan would just have to deal with it.

Radianteclipse meowed a greeting to Lilythorn who had just joined their small group, again. "We found her lying at the bottom of a tree, I assumed she had fallen from it, but I didn't want to start asking questions." She meowed and glanced over her shoulder at the medicine cats den. "Poor she-cat." She murmered. Shatteredrose was often seen alone, shying away from other cats, it was a shame, she wouldn't say it too loudly, it didn't seem as though Shatteredrose would take to kindly to and pity. She scanned the camp briefly, catching Serenewinter's eye for a second and smiling, then turning to gaze at the medicine cats den again. Serenewinter was with her apprentice, maybe if she had an apprentice right now she would of had something to do.
Serenewinter smiled, trying to forgot the atmosphere that hung in the air. "Well I was thinking we could do a bit of battle training." She meowed softly. "Then afterwards I was hoping we could pick up the prey that I caught while out hunting, but never got round to brn
inging it back with me, I hope Shatteredrose is okay." She meowed and looked to her aprrentice. "I could wait for you to finish your meal if you would prefer?" She asked. |

Mistakenpaw finished up the rest of his mouse, "I'm ready." He meowed trying not to sound to eager, but he did love battle training.
Dawnfire walked out of the medicine cats den and up to Shatteredrose. "What happen?" Her voice had a cold edge but she looked worried.

Serenewinter nodded to her apprentice and looked over her shoulder to see that Dawnfire was now seeing to Shatteredrose, she was glad for that, now she could stop worrying about the tabby she-cat and focus her attention on battle training. "Ok let go then." She mewod softly and turned to pad out of the camp, only pausing to check that Mistakenpaw was following her. How good it was to have an apprentice, and she was so young aswell. It made her happy that her leader could trust her with an apprentice.

Her eyes were bright with sleep, but not only that; worry. What was coming to harass and dog VertigoClan, and the rest of the Mountain Lake Territory? Maybe it was false, she shriveled optamistic voice that was curled in the shadows of her mind peeped, Maybe Aspenfrost hallucenated. Ha, yeah right. She sensible, pessimistic part argued, sneering. Then Lynxstar kicked in: Aspenforst.. Gray eyes were now bright and shiny as ever, wetness threatening to spill. It hadn't yet been a full moon since her friend and allie had been killed by the adder, innocently collecting herbs.. But Dawnfire was doing well so far, supporting the clan fairly, Lynxstar knew the young she-cat would be great one day, she knew her herbs, and StarClan, perhaps better than Lynxstar herself. Smiling at this cheery thought, the bulky frame was pulled away from the soft needle nest, thick legs cramping instantly, for the way she'd slept, but as she stood for a moment, the pain vanished, while Lynxstar inwardly moaned, I'm not even old! Of late, she heard shouts and many voices, more than usual in the somber clan. Concerned, the massive figure pushed herself away from her cozy, but often lonely, hollow den in a long strides and bounds, following the voices until she found that her paws led her to Asp- Dawnfire's den, "What is going on here?" She murmured, half to herself, half to anyone listening.

Carefully as she could manage, the slender black silhouette's graceful paws carried her to her home, wary not to bump into any of the strangely bustling cats coming in and out of camp, racing around the pine clump like maniacs. Clear cerulean irises shimmered with curiousity, but she dare not set down her prize; the intricately woven nest cradling six large dappled eggs. Oh how she wished she had a good mentor! One that would woo over her find and congradulate her proudly, maybe reward her or something sweet, but no, she had some wimpy little warrior who sat around feeling bad for himself! Dark veins of envy buldged as she watched Mistakenpaw and his cheery, kind mentor, Serenewinter canter by. No doubt Darkdog was hiding in his den slashing himself. Why? With a sih, she settled the nest on a rock and nestled up near to it, trying on her best cute face for someone to notice her. Though not likely.

Questioningly, Northwind stared after Poppyfur as she stormed off, gloomily wondering what he'd done wrong. Was his splash of humor unnessisary? He'd never meant to upset the silly old coot. Mouth upturned slightly, he turned to Cloverspring, acting stupid some more, but he couldn't help but laughing out loud at her antics, swallowing his throaty booms of laughter to chuckles as Radienteclipse approached, his other friend. He smiled warmly at her. "Good mooooorning." He drawled, mischief dancing as an aura around him. "I was gonna go for a hunt this morning, I got held up." He smothered a chuckle, but it showed through, that wasn't even funny! "Would either of you charming ladies bother to go with me later? Maybe we can catch an evening patrol." His voice was still a drawl when he spoke but as he saw aloof, proud Lilythron pad over, he straightened his spine and pretended to be alert. "Good morning." He told her cautiously, since when was Lilythorn social with over perky Northwind? He turned his attention once more, back to Radienteclipse, listening intently to the pretty ash-gray warrior. Concern washed over his face. "I shall visit her later," He declared to them, "After I go hunting with y'all first, of course."

"Hunting?" the quiet Lilythorn mewed. "May I come? I have no idea where Chasmpaw is and I'm so bored I might as well be walking with StarClan." she meowed, intentions of inviting herself to hunt with them. She was bored out of her mind. |

Featheredpaw came out of her den, awoken by all the chatter outside. She then sees Shatteredrose. "Oh no..." she thought. Quickly but peacefully she meowed, "What happened?" After a few moments of no one replying, she went to find her mentor, [insert medicine cat here]. "I must find her quickly. I must not leave an injured cat injured." |

Radianteclipse flashed her teeth at Northwind in a grin. "Hunting sounds great, I caught something before Shatteredrose fell, but I'm sure Serenewinter will pick it up as she just went out with her apprentice." She meowed. Her tail flicked happily from side to side. Deep down she wondered where Emeraldflame was, she missed him badly right now. It cheered her up to be with her friends, but he was missing, she hoped that they might run into him on the patrol. "I take it you are ready to go then?" She asked and started to pad off. Then she half turned to look at Northwind. "Or do you want to wake up properly first?" She added teasingly. With a last glance back she padded through the camp entrance and out into the territory. |

Warmth leapt in his heart, a dancing flame. He was so glad to have friends. Giving a charming smile, he snuffled his cold nose at Radienteclipse's ear just before she padded off. He nodded to Lilythorn. "You comin'?" He inquired, wishing his other friend, Serenewinter, would come too. This would be fine, he had at least one of his friends, though he wondered where Cloverspring had wandered off to, he shrugged it off and cheerily padded after Radienteclipse, his gait bouncy.

Featheredpaw then sees Dawnfire nearby. "I'll be going out to catch some prey and maybe stop to say hi to some friends. Alright with you?" she said plainly to her. Dawnfire gave the Featheredpaw the ok and Featheredpaw padded outside the camp and went to the patrols nearby. {Featheredpaw to Terra} |

Buzzardpaw stalked toward his mentor. Hunting. He planned it without inviting his apprentice. With this lazy warrior as his mentor, his training would never get anywhere. "Northwind." He moaned in the most terrible voice he could manage. "Why hunt with your friends and neglect training your apprentice?" He lashed his dark tabby tail. He swatted at Northwind's ears. He wanted to get better, not sit around with Northwind and his friends. As far as Buzzardpaw knew, his mentor didn't deserve to be a warrior.
