A massive black paw hit the ground, as dark clouds rolled across the sky. A loud thundering chuckle interrupted the silence. The great black tom walked with a slight limp, but it would be better soon, that stupid Ghoststar. It was all worth it in the end though, now the leader was dead, leaving a little naive mouse brain in charge, she would be easy to defeat, if he felt like it. Even if they had lost one of their warriors, they would get a new one, that was all to do with his next brilliant plan. It was nothing original, but it worked, and it usually worked well. He would steal a few kits, only ones worthy of his time, innocent and non corrupt as they are, and raise them to his liking. Perfect. Not enough cats were mating together, he would have to do something about that. They were running low on cats, before they had been such a strong gang, then at his failed attempt to take over the clans they fell, hard, hitting every branch on the way down. No matter, as long as he was still around there would always be trouble in the forest. Tormenting the poor clans was his play time, and sometimes it could get a little bloody.
He looked to his left, and then to his right, it was totally deserted. The way he liked it. With a flick of his long black tail he began to move forward with the remains of his clan. It was such a pity to lose that Serenewinter cat. She was rather pretty, and no longer useless like she had been when they first got her, a very talented fighter she was now. Who knows, maybe she would come crawling back? Well, after she discovered her clan no longer needed her. He looked over hid shoulder with harsh narrowed eyes. "Keep moving!" He yowled his voice strong and commanding, not one you would want to answer with any sort of question. He stalked forward with a purpose, treating the land like his kingdom, he was in no mood for meeting others, they needed to settle down and begin to discuss things, rather he had to talk and they had to listen to him. He spotted a clearing, partly sheltered by a rock at one side. He started off in that direction. Taking a seat in the shadows he yawned as he waited for the others to come.

Eclipseomen watched the she-cay very carefully, she knew the first thought was always 'run away!' but it rarely worked. So as the she-cat turned herself in she nodded. "A wise decision." She commented. Probably the most praise you would ever get from Eclipseomen. "Your only one." She added more softly. Despite being strong, swift and even a bit muscular for a she-cat too, she still managed to be elegant and hold a high standard for her appearance. She may get dirty with the toms while fighting, but above all that she was a she-cat, and that she would protect. She-cats were supposed to be elegant, graceful but still able to protect themselves, of which she could do, maybe the she-cat that she now trotted behind watching like a hawk could do. "Dont cry, there is no use for your tears m'afraid." She meowed softly. Then the soft moment was forgotten, like it never happened. Eclipseomen was only really kind when she wanted something, usually from a tom, but anyway the she-cats sniffing was beginning to get on her nerves, at least thats what she told herself. She snorted, a rush of warm air rushing through her nostrils. "Do you have a name then?" She asked. Eclipseomen managed to make her way across the territory with years of traveling experience, but it was evident that the tabby knew it a lot better than her, possibly because she had been born here and all that jazz. She bounded ahead and looked over the hill into the distance. "Well come on then I haven't got all day." She snapped and began to make her way down the hill. She held her head high and proud as she did. Delirium would be strong again soon.
As she neared to bottom of the hill she caught Shard's scent and smirked. "Not long now, and don't try anything funny around Shard, I swear if you do you will regret it." She hissed sternly. She cast the she-cat a warning glare and flicked her over the ear with her tail roughly. In no way was she being playful with the she-cat like clan mates would be with one another. Her mood had been gathered together again, ready to face Shard. She let a soft growl escape her and nudged the she-cat along. "Shard!" She yowled, yet even when she yowled she still used the same velvet tone.

Soul found himself sprinting along the horizon, towards the shadows where his leader had gone. Shard was strong and powerful, just like any Delirium cat should be. Power normally corrupted people, either making them soft weaklings, or cruel dictators. Nothing would affect a Delirium ca though, because they were already corrupted, already ruined. Though in the ruins of the clans Delirium would thrive, Soul felt that they would need some greater source of power if they wished to keep going. There was just this thing with clan cats, was it their will to live? Well, there certainly was something that kept them alive, clinging to life on the earth. Whatever it was, it bothered Soul, not being able to kill whoever he wished with ease.
Now he would sit beside Soul, easy to see his white pelt, even in the shadows. He was healer, somewhat a higher rank than warrior, and after a while, Soul had what one might call a friendship with Shard. The reason they went together without arguing was that their minds worked the same, looking to not only rule, not just to have power, but to be the only. Like a monopoly. They wanted to become the only "clan" that you could join, thus having all the new and powerful cats flow under their reign. They saw the world in the same way, looking for domination over the world. They would be the first nation to declare nuclear war, the first to war, the first to fight. Delirium was not of cowards, they took only those that would fight to kill, bound by no laws except to obey Shard. Besides that, killing was even allowed within the clan, all it did was help pick out the weak.
Soul liked it this way, no laws to be bound by, no stupid warrior code stopping him from killing his enemies, telling him where to walk and where not to. Yet the one rule to obey was needed or else the whole group would be out of order, everyone tussling and Shard trying to raise his voice above the all the cries of pain, the yowls of glory. One needed to have a basic rule, a standard to live by, but then, after that, all those rules and morals would hold you back, keeping you from being up to your full potential, all your power restricted, your freedom gone. When you had laws bounding you, you would never be able to reach the end of the rainbow. Morals would only stop you from running free with the wind, free to do what you please.
"Shard, shall we make plans?"
Obviously it was meant as to make plans for when their numbers were large enough to take some land. Soul's mind had already been concocting some sort of idea, more like a collections of plots, each one following up with a more devious and bloody battle or ambush. The white tom hated the clans with all his heart, and he had convinced himself that he never wanted to be in one after they had rejected him. Something you could not have, you always seemed to lower it in your mind, convince yourself you never wanted it anyway. Make it seem like it didn't matter, when really, you knew it did. As long as the healer lived, there would be death in the clans, his conniving mind with rusted, corroded gears always turning, cranking out new plans for an ambush, or making a poison to put in the clan's food supply. All that negative energy focused on the clans, not any individual cat, but when they lived together like that, with leaders and medicine cats and warriors and apprentices. He hated them.

A small, rippling shiver passed along the length of Breakingdawn's stiff spine as she trotted along, long limbs tense and fumbling still, as the CelestialClan warrior felt herself numbly stricken with absolute fear. Her seldner bodice trembled yet, and the terrifying rushing sound in her ears drown out the rare soft words coming from behind her. How dare that rouge anyway? Kidnap her so cruel and then offer words of encouragement! Another shiver danced and crawled under her itching flesh as she ignored the once more snappy rouge. Along the trip, breakingdawn's head had gradually raised, and, still not at a full, proud posture of a secure warrior, Breakingdawn no longer stood like a beaten kit. Feeling Eclipseomen's tail roughly lash her ear, as a reflex, both lay flat once more. Her long ebony tail hung limply, she was defeated, and now wait for her fate, lain in cruel paws. Listening for the vile black figure to appear before her, Breakingdawn stared up to the sky, still overcast. Ghoststar was up there, watching, disappointed for sure.

Shard looked over his shoulder, acknowledging the presence of Soul. He nodded once before turning to see his sister on the horizon, at first he could see nothing else and his fur began to bristle, but then he saw the outline of another cat. He chuckled easily. He should know his sister well enough by now to know that she would never fail. Yes, although it seems we already have a good starting point for our plan now." He meowed nodding towards the horizon. "Shall we see what Eclipseomen has brought for us?" He asked the other tom with a nasty chuckle and began to prowl forward. His massive paws left imprints in the grass where he placed them and his air of authority could be felt from all around. As he got closer to the approaching two he sat down and wrapped his tail around his paws, waiting for them to approach him. He did not check to see if Soul had decided to join him or not. "Well, well, well, what do we have here then? I trust something of value?" He asked, his eyes widening a little. Then his maw parted to let out a chuckle. "And with the same scent as that pathetic Ghoststar too." He added tossing his head back to chuckle some more, then he whipped it forward to look at his sister, totally ignoring the prisoner for the moment. "Well?" He added more sternly growing a bit impatient.
"Goodness calm down, of course I have brought something of value, a she-cat in fact." She meowed hastily. She was not scared of Shard's outbursts, why? She had them even worse than he did. She had once killed a cat in her powerful rage, then she had been betrayed by that useless excuse for a cat......She snapped her maw shut and held back a growl at the thought. Taking a step forward. "May I present a stupid furball, found in Celestialclan territory who appears to hold back on talking, however I am sure she could be of some use to your little plan, the leaders are trying to keep their cats in now so they become harder to stumble upon alone these days, and the kits have not been clever enough to sneak out yet,m but when they do we will get them. You know maybe we should have killed Ghoststar after, then they would be more relaxed in their territory, but it was only too tempting." She meowed, running on and on, which she knew got on her brothers nerves, but sometimes that was part of the reason she did that. She stalked up to him, shouldering him in the rib and turning to face the tabby she-cat. "Well?" She asked softly.
Shard narrowed his eyes as his sister danced about before him, and after receiving her shoulder in the rib he raised a paw an swiped at her ears, but no blood was spilled, shame. He missed the scent so very dearly. "Speak." He meowed, finally raising his amber gaze to meet the Celestialclan she-cats.

Soul followed loyally, muscles rippling under his skin, yet staying confined to his lithe build. Trailing behind his leader with utmost respect, the healer would come to see what had been brought to his leader's attention. Respect was a very important aspect of Delirium, unlike the way Soul had found it to be in the clans. All the respect he saw to the clans was a bit for the leaders and medicine cats. How often were disobedient apprentices punished? Were they allowed to do whatever they wanted now, not having to obey their mentors, take care of the elders, fight for their clan? All this caused were lazy, fat, worthless cats. It caused an organization of sorts to become unorganized, unruly. That was why Soul followed a few rules, another one being to show respect.
Ah, now it was Eclipseomen with her package. The white tom hated how Eclipseomen acted like Shard was of no rank at all. If Eclipseomen ever got fatally injured, Soul would seize the chance and shove deathberries down her throat. Or maybe he'd use poisonous mushrooms and infect her food. It didn't matter though, because it didn't change the fact that the healer wanted her dead. Icy eyes stared at her, looking for any open woulds that could be contaminated. Soul knew the ways of poison and would quickly put poison on his claws when facing an enemy. That gave him another idea for a fight. He could get all the clan cats to rub their claws on a poultice of poisonous mushrooms and deathberries. Then when the battle would begin, clan cats would fall left and right.
Oh well, Eclipseomen was no immediate threat, not to his rank life, or clan. Well, that was if you could call Delirium a clan. The she cat would only help right now, as of the low amount of cats in Delirium. Soul was a loyal follower though, and unless he knew that Shard would be okay with it, Soul would not lay a finger on her. Eyes darted away from her to just look around for anyone else who might be coming, while really his mind was churning with thoughts. Most were questions though, all related to clan cats. Would it be better to be a medicine cat, instead of Delirium's healer? What was this StarClan? Where would Soul go when he died? Then his attention was turned away from his deep thoughts as another cat in the clearing was brought up.
So, there it was, a new recruit, well, one that was forced in. CelestialClan scent clung to the air around the blemish. It was worth little, but with aid from some of the real members, there was potential for another lawless killing machine. Even after moons and moons of time with this cat, Soul was sure he'd never trust her, especially not in a battle with CelestialClan. Depending on the way the mind of the captured cat worked, coming to Delirium could be either a good or bad thing, for both Soul and the low life CeletialClanner.
There were quite a few things the white healer hated. Traitors being only one of them. Piercing, crystalline eyes danced around the she cat. They were darting around, looking for wounds, body build, overall health, and an idea of what mindset she had. Then, those spiteful eyes rested on hers, locking his gaze like a laser, sending all of his messages of hate, directly to her. For now she was being used as a vent tool, just to let him release his hatred for the clans, those who were going to deny him life. He held no grudge against this single cat, but the group of them, and he needed to let that out.
Now it would be time for her to speak. Now what should she say? It was all up to her, because it was very open ended, and not a question, but a command. Hopefully it would be something entertaining, or important, because then it would be a waste of time and Soul absolutely hated wasting time. Why be listening to a conversation that was going nowhere when you could be out, by yourself, plotting your enemy's demise, or planning your future. There was so much you could do in just a few minutes, and if you saved all those unused seconds, you would end up with even moons on your hands with time to do whatever you wish, promoting your life.
For now he would just roll back on his haunches and sit beside his leader. Triangle ears pricked, listening intently. A wry smile pulled itself upon his face, waiting for something interesting, yet at the same time, ready to be disappointed. Life was a dissapointment, bt some people lived it out to its full potential by talking, making friends, serving their clan. None of that was worthwhile though, so Soul just hoped she didn't start going on about how she wanted to be back at the clans and that they were evil for taking her. Soul got way too much of that already.

A pretty little she-cat walked slowly alongisde a few other cats, mostly her littermates. Her cream like fur mixed with some golden brown shone lightly, and its apparent softness almost makes you want to reach out and rub against her. But if you did this, the apprenticed aged cat might or mihgt not mind. For she was known as a flirt amoung other cats her age, and depending on your nature and looks, she may rub back, or claw your face off. Her name is Shatter. She is a recent kit of Scarletsnow and Phantomcry, but she hardly knows her own parents now. She has detatched herself from them, and now speaks only to them if nessacery, or through her brothers. Though she never speaks with her parents, she still remains close to her siblings.
Shatter walked slowly alongside the cats, following their leader Shard. Shard didn't scare her, not the way he used to. She even had the nerve to speak up to him once and a while. But you could never tell from his fdace or eyes if he was laughing or if he wanted to kill you there and then. But he would not kill his own Clan surley. For that would weaken his groups power, would it not? Shatter let the thoughts go from her mind, letting her blue eyes wander about the group for a handsome tom or two. Unable to find any but her brothers, she yawned, bored with the cats here. She wanted to find a tom..or maybe more than one...who would give her what she wanted...what she really wanted.
Shatter jumped when a few cats, including Eclipseomen rushed past her, with a cat around her age in tow. Shatter quickly followed as they started talking to Shard. Mayvbe this would be a friend she could have, if they didn't kill her first. Shatter nudged her way through the crowed to where Soul and Shard now sat. She dipped her head as Shard started speaking. "Well good-morning Soul, Shard and Eclipseomen. You too uhh whatever your name is." Shatter spoke as Shard carried on. She eyes the bundle of fur catiously, and saw the fear in the two eyes. She waited till Shard order the cat to speak before talking again. "Oh Shard, leave it alone. Can't you tell that it is frightened?" she spoke up, waiting for him to tear her to shreads.

They gathered around her in this odd imposing manner, that her mind struggled to find a word for. Oh yes, they swarmed. Like flies to a carcass in the summer, but no. Breakingdawn was no carcass, and though she could do nothing to stop from being pushed around by these lowly fiends, that blaze within her was still a bright flare, and it lit up her eyes. Now Breakingdawn had never been a boisterous, proud she-cat, but now she felt that, with this oddly refreshing life-alter, her personally would also be greatly shifted, perhaps flipped. No, she would never become some murderer, but maybe she would learn to speak, because this Shard character would never shove her down now that he had begun his attempt to raise her voice. Ignoring the pulsing glares these fly-like creatures were shooting her, she gazed directly at the sky, feeling it best not to meet the looming obsidian tom's gaze, or, for that matter, highly doubting she had the courage to anyway. But what, praise StarClan, should she say? Obviously time was of the essence, and the beautiful CelestialClan warrior feared for her neatly placed, untattered ears. "My name is Breakingdawn." She finally mewed, using a small voice, and her gaze had fallen to his massive paws, each punctuated with four ivory knives. Shivering, the prisoner flicked her tail tip nervously. When would they kill her? When would she misstep and lose her life to their malicious claws? Who would sit vigil in CelestialClan?

Eyes drifting, tail flicking, and bottom firmly planted on the ground, the golden tabby gave Shard and Eclipseomen his attention for once. When he noticed the change in scent around him, and the beautiful she-cat, he immediately focused on her. "My name is Breakingdawn." he heard her quietly meow. She was afraid, and it was clear in her eyes that Eclipseomen had forced her to come here. Catnapped. he thought to himself. His eyes, a mixture of green, stared deep into Breakingdawn's fur. She was a darker tabby than his own self, and she had golden yellow eyes. His mind wandered for a moment, wondering what she had been brought for and to do. A thought drifted to him, and he ground his teeth together and let out a low hiss through his burgundy nose. No. Not that. he thought to himself, anger pulsing through his veins, but Oblivionswarth still stared up at the she-cat with fear for her in his eyes.
The white apprentice was tempted by the thought of ignoring Shard and just walking around alone, but he knew he would be punished. His face, emotionless at the moment, was trained onto the small grouping of cats. Shard, Eclipseomen, and a Clan cat? He laughed in his mind. Like anyone cares that she's scared half to death. Stupid softy. he sneered mentally, and kept his face mockingly blank. Immortalpaw looked to his left and then to his right. There were few cats near him, but he didn't mind. It wasn't as if they actually expected him to talk to them. If they did, they were even stupider than the Clans.

Shard let a hiss escape his maw and snarled. "Can't you tell your twittering is meaningless and a waste of time, just like trying to teach you manners." He hissed and turned away from the lowly apprentice. He lashed his tail once and focused on the tabby she-cat once more. Ignoring the mumbling of cats that surrounded him. He let out a loud sigh, he did not like time wasters, nor those who tried to drag things on and on and on....
"Finally, she does speak, Oblivionswarth, you will be in charge of Breakingdawn, seen as you appear to be so keen on her, make sure she gets fed, teach her about how we live and most importantly don't let her run away. If she does get away, I will know who to blame." He meowed. He turned to his healer with a cruel smile. "and so our rise to power begins." He chuckled.
He dismissed the others and padded over to meet his sister. "I want you to check on twinkle paws for me, my guessing is that she will have gone back to her clan, if you can get her to return, if not seek out kits in the forest, I don't suspect we will get many right now, but there may be more chance of getting them while the cats are out at one of those 'gatherings'." he told her. "Also any warriors you can get will be of use, toms or she-cats of course." He added with a tight smirk. This rise to power was not coming as quickly as he had hoped, but he knew how he would do it. He had already started to turn away and had began to pad back over to the shelter he had found. "We will reside here for the night, maybe longer." He told his cats as he dismissed them for good.
------------------
Eclipseomen nodded to what Shard was saying, her eyes slightly glazed over, she knew what she was doing. He was clearly pleased with the package, she knew this not because he turned and said "thank you for the she-cat to use in my evil plan!" She knew that he liked it because he did not burst into a rage and lift one of those massive paws of his and scold her one. She lifted her head to see a familiar white tom at the outside of the crowd. "Immortalpaw!" She hissed. It was no use trying to be kind or fair with the apprentice, he needed someone to be harsh and demanding with him. She walked over to him and stood tall. "Come with me, this will be good for your training." She ordered while looking down on the white tom. "We are visiting Vertigoclan, we must keep an eye on a little traitor of ours." She hissed. With that she took off, bounding across the open until she got closer to the hill, when she did she stopped, checked to see if Immortalpaw was following, and began to climb using the rocks for support.

He had gathered. Assembled at the word of Shard. Who would even dare try to disobey the tom...well maybe Fallenpaw. After all he had done it a few times. But who didn't he get cocky with? His personality slipped sometimes, letting out one of the bursts of aggression. He knew that was who he'd grow up to be. Mentally he had made it a goal in his mind. With the fact that he was growing into a larger tom, he wanted a personality to go with it. Not like that of his sister. Which he heard the words of and instantly regretted whom was his family. What was she thinking. Shaking his head softly in disappointment his eyes found that of a friend, or rather foe. He wasn't sure...but he knew who it was...Immortalpaw.
He hadn't really talked to the tom much. He knew the basics, tom, apprentice, white coat, quiet a rule-breaker...or at least it seemed that could be whom he was.

Shatter merely dismissed Shard's words with a flick of her tail. They meant nothing to her. Sure, he may hurt her, but he would never kill her and she knew that. She knew he wanted to stay on the rise to power, and killing off his own Clan would be of no help to him. Shatter let her icy blue eyes wander over this 'Breakingdawn' cat they had just snatched up from her Clan. Oh how baldy Shatter wanted to be part of it, how badly she wanted to be a great cat like those before her in MaliceClan and such. She would be one day, that was for certain. Shatter listend absent mindedly to all the chatter of this and that and such. None cought her interest until they talked about going back to the forest to capture more cats. Her heart lept to her throat. Oh how badly she longed to go, to be the hero and help her Clan. She waited till I ortalpaw set off, of course he got to go with Eclispeomen. Shatter walked sweetly up to Shard.
"You want mroe apprentice aged cats you say?" she murmmered evily, her voice cold and mean. "Well that dear Shard...I can most certainly get for you." she laughed, her blue eyes turning hard, a nasty look comeing into them. "You know how many toms fall easily for me." she said, flicking her tail and shaking her gorgeuos fur. "Well if I go with Eclipseomen, I can most certainly persuade a tom or two to follow me out into the woods, for well...a little something special. Which I will by no means give to them. I will have Eclipseomen and Immortalpaw in the bushes. They'll be so intoxicated by me, they wouldn't even smell them." she continued, hoping to catch his attention. "Then, when they are about to..well you know well enough as you've done it enough...the other cats will jump out behind them and bang, you've got yourself a few young strong toms in the making." she laughed harshly, waiting for the desired answer.
Aww comeon Minty let 'er go!

It was like a bolt of lightining had shot through him. It made him unusually cold, and he felt ice running through his blood. Breakingdawn was his responsibility. Part of him was all out pleased, but the true side of him felt sickened. She was his. He shuddered on the inside, and then flashed back to reality. "Yes, m'lord, Shard." he murmured, dipping his head down and not looking up at the black tom. Oblivionswarth was afraid of what he might see. Curiosity at the she-cat's opinion drove him to glance up, and then look up to her. Breakingdawn. He wondered whether he should step forward and 'claim' her, or to wait for her to come to him. After thinking for half a moment, he realized it would idiotic for him to wait for the prisoner to come to him because she wouldn't.
He let out a silent sigh of indifference, and he padded forward. "Breakingdawn, come here please." he spat in mocking generosity. He loathed how he was made to be cruel to cats, but he must do this to stay here and not be thrown out. What were his options anyway? Be slaughtered like a pig, run away to the Clans where he would always be an outcast or killed, or stay in Delirium and act this way. His meadow eyes met her bright eyes, and he tried to be menacing. Oblivionswarth would have to apologize later, or perhaps never.
