The tom watched what was going on carefully. It seemed that it would be the best option for Zephyrclan right now. What other choice do they have? Taintedleaf could be a respectable medicine cat, but he was no leader after all. The tom was just about to speak up when he was interrupted by Nocturnekit. "Who is that da?" He heard the words come in a high pitched voice. The black and white tom smiled down at his son. "That is the leader of Vertigoclan, Lynxstar." He expalained gently. Then he looked up at the leader, after dipping his head out of respect. "It would seem a wise option at this point in time, so I don't see why not." He meowed after silencing his kit's meows with his tail.
Spectrelight watched the small kit between Crypticstreak's paws. She could say she envyed him. Yet, that would mean telling others she missed her family, then they might find her disloyal. Larkstar had been like her mother. When she first saw that she-cat it was like she could already trust her. The she-cat nodded briefly, not too bothered. She was angry that Shiverleaf's family and Ivywhisper's family had been split up, how was that fair? Suddenly she had an idea. It had to work. Looking around he she began to back away, step by step, until at the last moment she whipped around and sprinted out of the camp as fast as she could. Surprise surprise momma, she was smarter than she looked.

Shiverleaf nodded as Dewstream left, and cast a glare towards Taintedleaf. He was such a arrogant tom and didn't realize how stupid he sounded. She moved towards her kit smiling softly as she spoke. Pulling Fallingkit closer she sighed and looked up at Lynxstar and the others. "Hush love hush. It'll all be fine." She murmured to the kit sighing softly. "It'll all be fine..." She whispered this time more to herself than anybody in particular.

Leaf was astonished at what had happened in the camp. Who was this Lynxstar, a leader of another clan? And she wanted to merge. Was that allowed? Leaf said nothing, she just stared at the mightly she-cat.
Dovekit relaxed a little in the presense of the loner cat, but she was worried about what was happening. Titanheart was dead? And why were VertigoClan coming? It was quite confusing. When her father and Nocturnekit appeared out of the nursery and ran over to them, comforted by the presense of her family.

HexMark sat quietly and observed the two clans and their transactions. This wasn't an easy time for zephyr clan, but this compromise should help at least a little. Feeling the atmosphere grow a bit awkward, Hex decided to speak aswell," In my opinion, whether you may be interested or not, I believe this combining of clans is a good solution to our current problem with cipher clan, but...." The female looked around with her dark green eyes for a moment, and then continued,"the only issue that could arise is the betrayal amongst ourselves if we cannot accept our differences and we try to consider one clan greater than the other. It's just something we need to keep in mind so our plan will not backfire upon us." The female stopped momentarily and relaxed while portraying a joyous smirk," other than that it would be quite an honor for our clan to work alongside Vertigo clan."Hex dipped her head slightly in respect and continued to looked about wearily. Right now ass kissing didn't matter, and everyone was in state of panic, but if the clan loses it's cool then it would be like tossing in the towel.
