The Tempestclan camp is built into a very large tree. The tree is old but a very strong tree. The dens are built into the tree and the cats of Tempestclan are quite safe in this tree.

His frame moved quickly across the land. Quickly through his terrain and quickly to his camp. His camp, his world, his territory, his warriors, his apprentices, his kits and queens. And of course his elders. By now word had spread of Ghoststar's death. The leader of Celestialclan, though it did not matter to him. What did matter what the beauty of a Deputy, the new leader was. He had seen her once. Patrolling his own borders he had spotted her. A perfectly beautiful she-cat no doubt with a beautiful name to match the beautiful face. Sighing as he thought about the perfection he had seen, he let his eyes wander over the camp. Deserted.

--Cedarclaw++ A large ginger head poked out of the warriors den, lovely amber eyes blinking sleepily. A yawn escaped the toms mouth, making his eyes narrow, and his body twitch in pleasure. One leg out of the den, then a stretch to wake up, then another, and another, and another. It felt good to sleep in for once. His ears were already pricked, his senses alert. He looked down, and saw how messily his fur was matted across his muscular frame.
Sighing angrily, he bent his head, and began messily grooming his ginger pelt, his tail swishing against the ground. Cedarclaw yawned once more, closing his eyes. Slept in, yes. But one time isn't always enough. Finally done with grooming, the tom stood up onto all four paws, and arched his back gracefully.
++Silentpaw-- The pretty creme she-cat padded out of the medicine cats' den, her blue eyes bright. Her paws were itching to get out of the camp, and find some herbs. Do anything. Spend time with the apprentices, if she couldn't do anything else. Looking around the clearing, she merely saw Cedarclaw, and frowned. Why was camp so empty? She looked to the sky. It was daylight wasn't it?

She was a little out of place. With a beautiful sleek coat and a body nimble and agile like that of a Zephyrclan cat. However she wasn't, she was part of Tempestclan and had been for as long as she could remember. The short lived 15 moons she had spent on her life was quick and just about as normal as any life in a clan could be. Sighing softly she stretched gracefully as she rose from the deep sleep she had once been in. Her ears flickered gently and her eyes danced around the den. Silkenvince smiled softly as she headed towards the edge of the den, spotting Cedarclaw, Perilstar, as well as Silentpaw. Her smile faded as she eyed the group that was up and about in camp. It seemed deserted slightly. It was disappointing that there were no cats she liked in camp right now. Though Perilstar was the best out of the group. He was her leader after all and somebody she had to obey. Claws coming out she eased down the base of the trunk. Nimbly pushing herself off the trunk she landed on a branch. Finding another branch down lower she made it onto the ground. Rolling her eyes she walked past Cedarclaw and Silentpaw, gave Perilstar a flashy little smile and stopped under a smaller tree. Blinking her eyes she dropped her haunches and curled her tail around her paws.

Cedarclaw's eyes danced around the clearing once more. As Silkenvine padded past him, he merely returned the eye roll, and nodded to her curtly, as he settled himself in the shade, tucking his two front paws under and into his chest. His tail was curled gingerly around his body, and his hazel-amber eyes shone. Looking around the clearing, he held back another annoyed sigh.

Silkenvine eyed Cedarclaw before smirking softly and pushing her bodice into the the air. She nimbly made her way towards him. She didn't like him, but that was only because she didn't know him. It was always that way. She didn't know you, she hated you. Finding herself suddenly beside the tom she smiled softly at him. "Annoyed of yourself already are we?" Her voice was somewhat vicious and icy as she spoke. Ready to lash out since she did not know who this tom was. However if she could get to know him well enough she would be fine with being around him...eventually. Maybe to comfortable being around him.

Cedarclaw ingored the icily spoken voice of Silkenvine, and smiled, his eyes shining with amusement. "Yes, I am annoyed with myself already, thanks for seeing that," he merely stated, smirking. "There's nothing to do, so I'm not in the best mood. Good of you to notice, no?" he asked, tilting his head to the side. His amber eyes were shining with a mixture of annoyance, happiness, amusement, and pure sarcasm. He shifted himself so that one paw was sticking outward beneath his pelt, and the other was still tucked neatly away.

Hearing his words, the lean bodice of the she-cat shook lightly as she laughed. Her eyes glistened brightly and she let her pink tongue swipe over her maw swiftly. "Learn to make something out of nothing tom. You could be sitting here by yourself." Her voice was different this time. Smooth and flowing, slightly flirty as she sat speaking to the tom. Easing her front paws out in front of her she let herself lay on the ground. Her eyes watched him carefully, trying to figure out just where this tom fit into her life.

Cedarclaw's mood brightened the slightest bit, and he chuckled as well. "I was sitting by myself, so I guess you changed my life, made something out of my life!" he exclaimed quietly, letting out a short quiet laugh. He met Silkenvine's eyes, and tilted his head to the left, something he did when in deep thought, and his eyes seemed to gaze far off into the distance. "What are you thinking about?" the tom inquired curiously, his eyes bright, harmless. He didn't seem to hate this cat, nor was she his best friend, but things can happen, so he decided to be kind. "You don't have to answer that," he chuckled. "Sometimes I just like to know," he muttered, smiling slightly sheepishly.

A soft purr rose in her and she smiled softly, knowing she could easily tell him or not answer it just how he had told her to. Having his eyes meet with hers she quickly moved her gaze to something off in the distance. She didn't wish to stare at him as he stared at her. It was an awkward feeling and one she would like to embrace should it be felt towards her. "It's nothing. That you need to know anyways." Her voice was soft and an icy edge had returned to it. Though she knew that it was only because he had asked a question that she had problems answering.

Cedarclaw smiled softly, and shrugged. "Okay," he meowed quietly, sighing and gazing off into the horizon. He wondered if he had made a new friend, but his head tilted again, and he was off thinking again. Maybe he would go on a patrol, or join a hunting party. He felt like he needed to do something. Anything to help the clan.

Corruptedlie raised his head as he faded out of his peaceful slumber. He shoved his sister off his shoulder and she hissed something in her sleep. He smirked and rolled his eyes. He mumbled something about being lazy to her then left her where she was. Finding a steady footing he began to slide his paws down the inside of the trunk, and instead of dodging from step to step he landed in the clearing inside the tree with a short jump. He prowled across camp, sniffed a few bits of not-so-fresh kill and turned away in disgust. He did a quick glance over the camp, checking to see who was about. His eyes narrowed briefly as he caught Cedarclaw with Silkenvine but he quickly turned away, though it was hard to turn away from such a beautiful face. His claws teased the surface of the earth and he looked up at Perilstar for a few moments, totally dazed. His ears twitched and he turned and padded over to Silkenvine....and Cedarclaw. He was in a good mood hopefully that would not be ruined. "Morning." He meowed casually, glancing at both of the cats, his gaze lingering on Silkenvine for a little longer than necessary.

Ah there was the tom she was looking for. There he was. Corruptedlie. The beautiful, handsome tom she had always wanted for her own. But he always seemed to be just out of her reach. Just slightly behind the anti-Silkenvine barrier that he seemed to have up. As he made his way towards them a smirk crept upon her face, her eyes lighting up as the fire inside her began to roar and burn her up. Love struck she was. "Morning Corruptedlie." She purred softly, flirtatiously. Her eyes landed on his and locked on. She would not relieve her eyes from his handsome sight until he found it fit to remove his eyes from hers. All at once Cedarclaw was non-existent in her world.

Cedarclaw couldn't help but allow a smirk travel its way onto his ginger face. He shifted into a sitting position, and curled his tail over his paws once more. "Corruptedlie," Cedarclaw greeted the tom, a small smirk still lighting up his face. He tried his hardest, and succeeded, by not rolling his eyes. "Silkenvine, Corruptedlie," Cedarclaw muttered, nodding curtly, a small hint of amusement struck in his rough voice. "I'll be going now," he meowed, trying his absolute hardest not to smirk. He got up, his whiskers twitching the slightest bit, and settled himself in another area of the camp.

How he managed to look away he had no idea, it was so hard to break away from her alluring eyes. So beautiful. His tail tip twitched irritably at the immature amusement that Cedarclaw was unsuccessfully trying to hide from them. He watched as the tom left them, before turning back to Silkenvine and sitting himself down, tucking his paws underneath his chest. "How are you then?" He meowed in a friendly tone. His tail tip began to flick contentedly. "Oh! did you hear about Celestialclan?" He asked remembering the news that had been passed on to him. Such a sad thing to lose a leader, like when he lost his mother. It was not just him and a few of her close friends whom were sad, but all of the clan. At least he knew of her fate. Where on earth was his father?
