Radianteclipse stared at Emeraldgaze, what on earth was going on here. She gulped. Why had Northwind been so upset, and Lilythorn, Lilythorn was on of her best friends, so was Northwind, the worst part was everyone seemed to know but her. She shivered. "But seriously Emmy, there is something and everyone but me knows it!" She persisted. What was seriously so bad that he would refuse to tell her? "Maybe if you don't tell me I will just go and ask Northwind, I am his best friend, there is no reason he wouldn't tell me." |

Emeraldfire would have flushed bright red if cats could blush. "Uh.." he mewed, stalling while he could think of a good way to put it, or, a good lie to tell. It was hurting him to lie to her, but would she go back to Northwind? He knew he had to tell the truth...
"Rad... Northwind likes you..." he started. "And... I... I love you Rad." he meowed, the love for her showing in his eyes. "I was only lying to you because I don't want you to go back to Northwind." Emeraldfire confessed sadly.

He hadn't been outside for some time. Outside the camp that was. He didn't want to leave camp anyways, it was nice there. Nobody bothered him, well....some did but then again some cats were always bothersome and annoying to others. It just so happened that every cat in Vertigoclan every cat was a bother and annoyance to Darkfog. The dark aura around him kept some at bay, but others marched right through it, their light penetrating the shield. So now as the camp began to fill with his clan members, he quickly lifted his body from the ground and padded out into the terra. It was large and not many would be able to find him. Situating himself between a couple rocks he put his head upon his paws and drifted off.

Hey raid are you still interested in Darkfog x Serenewinter...
Radianteclipse stared at Emeraldfire with a burning determination in her eyes. The determination quickly faded as Emeraldfire told her the truth. Her eyes were round with shock and sadness. For a long while she did not say anything, just sat staring absently into space. "I...I have hurt him." She meowed in barley a whisper. How could she have been such an idiot and been so oblivious to Northwind's feelings, moments before everything had been perfect, now it was a mess. It all came to her now, her best friend now hated her because of what she had done to Northwind, whom it was clear now that she liked. She wanted to run to Northwind and stay by his side until it was ok again, but she had made a commitment to a tom whom she loved, and she was not going to change her mind now, Northwind had missed his chance. She looked into Emeraldfire's eyes, she knew he was just protecting her like any good mate would. "I love you too." She meowed, she meant it, but she did not smile when she said it. |

Mistakenpaw nodded and looked thoughtful for a few seconds. His eyes regained there bored frost-over look as he waited for his mentor to begin training him.

Emeraldfire knew Radianteclipse too well. He knew that she meant it, but she did not smile. Her thoughts had wandered to her best friends, Lilythorn and Northwind. He smiled weakly at her. "We can go back... If you want." he meowed in an understanding tone. |

Featheredpaw quickly went to scout out for some poppies around the terra. She then saw a small field of poppies and quickly shook them to catch the poppy seeds. Once Featheredpaw got the seeds, she quickly padded back to camp.

Flamingpaw emerged from the camp entrance, barely faster than her mentor. She waited just outside the entrance to VertigoClan's camp. When she was certain that her mentor was within earshot, she finally spoke up. "If I tell you Lynxstar, you'll just laugh at me." she meowed in a childish tone she knew would make Lynxstar want to know even more. |

Lynxstar's bulk never hardly fit through the tight, boulder-packed entrance to camp, but she always managed to squeeze through or climb over, which she did now. Leaping, she landed just in front of Flamingpaw. "Walk with me," She told her young, daughter-like figure. She began to pad away, when she was satisfied that her apprentice would follow, she shrugged. "I'm all ears if you want to tell me, Flamingpaw." She reminded the ginger she-cat. "But I will not push for an answer."

she still wasn't reasurred by lilythorn's quick response, of course it was natural to pretend everything was ok. that's what she did..until she gave up on life completely. but it seemed life now was rebirthed, everything had a happier tone to it because of northwind. lostdesire hoped with all her heart that he wouldn't let her down. but what if he did? after all, he still seemed to like radianteclipse. and i'm not ready to love.. could northwind help her? lostdesire blinked, and a troubled look filled her eyes. but, she pushed it away and northwind spoke again. "i'm ready to go, are you, lilythorn?" |

:DFlamingpaw considered telling Lynxstar... She was like her own mother. "Lynxstar... You can't laugh at me!" she meowed in a harsher tone. She paused, trying to find her words and following her mentor at the same time. "Well, it's Chasmpaw." she mewed softly, so no one else could hear her except for Lynxstar. "I.. I like him."
Lilythorn nodded. "Let's go."

Radianteclipse looked at Emeraldfire for a moment before shaking her head softly, even this made her a little dizzy. "No." She meowed softly. The silence was awkward and things felt a little eerie. She felt useless, sitting there, she should have been doing something, but she didn't know what, whatever she did it would not change things. Taking a bite of the hare she swallowed it whole, not even pausing to taste it on her tongue. |

Lynxstar bend her head and softly nosed hernose to Flamingpaw's ear. Raising it, she asked,"And when have I ever laughed at you, young one?" She let her faint purr rumble for a moment. "I guess I'm not like the other warriors," She reminded her apprentice, waiting for her to spill her thoughts. When she did, Lynxstar thought it over for a moment, rolling in around in her brain like she would with a particularly tasty piece of fresh kill on her tougue. "I like Chasmpaw too. He's arrogent, but he's got a sweet side. He's really a gentletom, reminds me alot of Northwind. I'm proud of them both," She paused her steps and her mouth, to look at Flamingpaw, then continued again. "I think it would do the both of you good to take each other for mates. So what exactly is putting you so down?" Se asked, knowing what Flamingpaw would say, but of course, babbling your thoughts to someone who cares really seemed like the best way to settle them.

She-cats! Northwind thought, exasperated with them both, all of them! Clearly he'd done something direly wrong to upset almost all of his friends, though Raidy was probabaly having the time of her life- he choked down the bile that was rising in his throat at the thought- but these two were moping about since Radienteclipse left! Both are much too fragile to open up about it, so what? Am I supposed to go along and act like they aren't being silly? No choice. Clearing his throat, Northwind rasped his tougue over a gash on his flank, then padded to catch up to the she-cats, "How about we go to the stream? There are always plump adders and moles over thataway." He commented, trying to keep the confusion out of his voice.

Flamingpaw felt comforted by Lynxstar. Someone to confide in, without laughter at the wrong times. She smiled, but then heard Lynxstar's next question. She put her nose up in the air and sniffed. "He was teasing me on border patrol this morning. I would have fought back or ignored it but it was him" she explained, more confident this time.
Lilythorn nodded to Northwind. "It would be a nice change of scenery and prey." she meowed more like a command rather than an opinion. After all, she was deputy. She had to make up for her behavior from earlier, even if she responded in a way that was excusable. |

Lynxstar felt now would be an appropriate time to chuckle softly, even if it weren't, she couldn't hold it in. "How can you like someone like this when you don't know them? Come on Flamingpaw, it's Chasmpaw. You cannot tell me you've never seen him flirt or tease. And I don't plan on stopping him, he'll grow out of it... I hope." She grinned and bounded away, "How about battle training today?"
Northwind stared at her, disturbed slightly but her sudden, jarring turn her attitude had taken. Hesitating for only a heartbeat, he nodded. "That was my plan," He informed her, a curt edge to his soft, caring voice, he turned a nudged Lostdesire, "Come on, Losty," He purred and bounded off back towards camp- also the direction of the stream.
