SHORT DESCRIPTION// Handsome black and white tom with bright hazel eyes.
DESCRIPTION// A typical Vertigoclan cat, he's large in size. Good genetics give him strong, nicely developed muscles, and long soft fur. He has a large black patch over his white base coat that spills over his sides. Another patch smeared across his forehead, one over his nose, and a very small dapple placed to one side of his chin. This gives the illusion that his jaw is crooked. His eyes are hazel, the color of fall grass, but very intense. Sometimes looking annoyed, though he isn't. He has scars on his stomach from past battles, and a rather large one that isn't quite covered by fur that runs down the inside of his back right leg.
PERSONALITY// Torrentwake prefers everyone have freedoms. When he sees someone inflicting on another cat's rights, he won't hesitate to say something. He tends to be friendly, but doesn't make friends easily. Has a tendency to base his kindness off what he has heard about that cat. Selfishness hides in his shadows, influencing the decisions he makes. Self-giving you could say. Tied to this is intolerance, which flares his temper from time to time. Even through all his wants, he knows what's possible and what's not. Realist persona he uses facts against belief.
The handsome tom has high self-esteem, he knows he's attractive, strong, and still young. He takes pride in his image, if it was ever tarnished he himself wouldn't be complete. But this pride depends on the picture everyone else has of him. Forbid he show it, but he works hard to appease the clan. To uphold a perfect warrior status. No, he isn't perfect. But cats looking up to him make him feel that way. He needs the social approval. Sometimes, when he gets comfortable, he can be trivial. Silly even. A good mood makes rare play. The black and white tom is very opinionated, and those opinions are solid. He wont let others see how disagreeable he is. But no matter the difference, when there is work to be done, that's the first priority. He gets the job done, with or without help. Trying to do everything on his own, he wont admit he can't. The word doesn't cross his lips. Occasionally this takes a tole on his health. But he always initiates it, all of the plans, the goals, the volunteering. It's a grudging cycle.
Torrentwake is intelligent, not letting much slip past him. More often than not others underestimate him and his ability to see through their many disguises. He hates fakes, more than that he hates being taken by surprise or outdone. So he makes a habit of picking out weaknesses in cats. Flaws, problems, anything that would be of value in a tight position. Sometimes, when he's angry, he can misuse this. His temper isn't like an on and off switch, more like a slow burn until he catches fire and runs with it. A history of rage-induced violence, he makes warnings and threats often when angered, and will follow through if not taken serious.
A good skill he has is motivating people. Using charm and his good image as influence, he can give most the push they need to do or complete something.
