DESCRIPTION//--- you might not see smudge to be a threat, but appearances decieve. when smudge was first born, his parents imagined him growing up to be large and initimidating, quite the opposite of reality. although he's an apprentice and still has room for growing, he's just about given up hope. he's not a munchkin, however, and his fluffed up fur gives him a larger frame. through and through, he's skinny and whispy, which can easily be seen as either an advantage or a curse. his thin, flexible frame gives him the ability to weave easily throughout bracket and brush, but it is not very useful in fighting. which is where he adopted the hide n seek fighting method- attack your opponent and run. although it may be considered dishonorable to some, it is the only way to fight for this young tom. easily overpowered, he lacks muscle and a strengthful physique. he likes to puff up his fur, to obtain a full look. his fur makes him look more feminine than masucline, however, for it is white with a brownstone/copper toned secondary coat. along the giant splotch of brown on his back, there's dark grey and jet black woven between the fine threads of his fur. the coloring continues down his coat to the base of his tail, where the brown thins into a greyish tone with mixes of black, and forms rings near the end of it. the tip of his tail and grey brown coloring, which matches the mask of his face. almost resembling a raccoon mask, his masquerade is composed of gentle browns and harsh tones of grey. the bright bold markings of his tabby origin are highlighted by a luschious black, which frames his eyes. the white along his nose and between them brings out the light green hazel coloring of them, founded with flecks of gold beneath. his nose is a clean berry pink, tinted slightly by a brown outlining. overall, he looks quite feminine- but be weary about pointing that out.
PERSONALITY//--- due to his rather female appearance, smudge has acquired quite the inferiority complex. he has developed into a semi-antisocial being, along with being extremely sensitive, and rather pessimistic. you can often find him drooling about the masculine tomcats of the clan, secretly dreaming he could be like them. but you can't choose what you look like. without plastic surgery, at least. that is not an option for little smudge, however, therefore he is stuck with his tiny build. which is the reason he becomes easily offended, and often starts a lot of fights because of it. although on the inside he is rather timid, if you call him a name or tease him, he suddenly becomes bold and is not afraid to start something. although he's never actually won a fight, he's partaken in quite a few. all instigated by him, of course. he never expects win them, he never expects to win anything, but that thought goes away once he gets hurt and teased. he does know humility, however, and has a decent dose of self-discipline. he's often loyal, however, due to his anti-social ways, he often has trouble finding friends he keeps. not to mention ones who keep him due to his awkward beings. due to this, he has developed severe attachment problems, and is quite borderline. don't be afraid to approach this kitty, however, for he doesn't mind conversation every once in a while.
