SHORT DESCRIPTION// A diluted calico she-cat, with soft green eyes. Also deaf.
DESCRIPTION// Silentdawn is a dainty, small and chunky she-cat, with white toes, chest, and chin. She is considered a diluted calico, instead of black she is light-grey, and instead of the deep orange it is a very soft orange. Her eyes are a gentle green that never have a judging look about them, always thoughtful and wondering what her voice sounds like.
PERSONALITY// To be straightforward, Silentdawn is deaf, so she doesn't have much of a noticeable personality. But, if you pay attention, she is sweet and down to Earth, willing to give everything she has to help others. With her Clanmates, she smiles and uses friendly tail swishes or gazes, warm nods and slurred 'hellos', small things that mean a lot coming from a deaf cat who has to work so hard to even survive, it's a gracious thing that she would be willing to take the time to greet you or even just smile, putting her life in danger for the moment of being unfocused from everything else around her.
Around enemies, she is cautious but yet gullible. She is so kind to others, that she always assumes newcomers are nice and mean well, when quite often they mean to cause harm. While she is weak by this, she is always ready to fight, and by the first word the enemy spits out, by their facial expression as they say it, and the way their lips move as they say it, she can determine whether they are friend or foe. Despite her being deaf, this helps her sense of touch, sight, and smell is astonishing. She can feel faint vibrations in the ground, can see like a hawk, and can smell a predator from far away; this also means she can smell fear.
When faced with a duty, she can pick up body language quite easily, and will do the job as best she can with her condition. She has picked up battle moves by simply watching, and can determine herbs by sight and smell when emergencies present themselves. She loves her Clanmates with all her heart, and would give her life if it meant saving even just one of the elders that was bound to die soon anyways. It is always everyone before herself to Silentdawn.
EXPERIENCE// KIT-HOOD
Silentkit was born, a beautiful calico she-cat with muted colors and a pretty little meow. It is believed she could hear for about an hour or so after birth, and then all was lost from that point on. She understood things vaguely, and was able to begin reading lips and learning simple words, that she would sometimes speak in her slurred little voice. Most cats were kind to her, but some of the other kits and apprentices were wary of her condition and steered clear.
APPRENTICESHIP
Silentpaw was a gentle apprentice, though wonderful at battle tactics and hunting skills, she kept to herself and hardly talked to her mentor at all, just nodding and training physically. She began to realize her condition, and started giving up on learning new things, and remained silent for a long time, only managing to speak when absolutely necessary.
WARRIOR-HOOD
Silentdawn made a lovely full-grown she-cat, but had still given up on learning things, and remained almost completely silent. She could perform duties like every other cat, and did well at it, too, just really stayed away from the others, doing her own thing while still being helpful.
