His eyes are a bright shade of gold with the slightest cast of green mixed in. In certain lights the greenish tint is more obvious, and flecks of green are scattered throughout the eye. They sparkle with curiosity.
The colors in my fur;
At first glance Dunepaw appears to have a ruddy, black pelt. Most light leeches the color from his fur, leaving behind what seem to be glossy black hairs. In just the right light, however, Dunepaw's fur is revealed to be a very dark shade of brown. It's just one solid color, no tabby markings. His fur is mostly coarse in texture, though as it travels and darkens down his legs and paws the hairs smooth and take on a softer feel.
Build, build, build;
Dunepaw suffers-suffers only in his mind- from long, spidery limbs. Overall he's rather thin, with a wiry muscle structure; making him tall but still light and small. His long legs could have allowed him to travel with fluid grace, but after an unfortunate mishap that twisted his right front paw he walks with a slight limp. It doesn't really hinder him, but he feels clumsy when he walks.
In a word: jumpy. For whatever reason Dunepaw is a rather nervous cat. He's not paranoid or suspicious. He doesn't think that someone is plotting against him or wants him hurt. The tom simply is easily startled, so it's not advisable for one to sneak up on him. Loud noises are his worst enemy. His nervous nature can frustrate him at times, though usually he accepts the fact that a lot of stuff can scare him out of his fur.Experience:
He likes company though, and dislikes fighting. A typical response from Dunepaw if an argument breaks out is "Can't we please talk this out before someone does something irrational?" The key aspect to remember about this apprentice is that his jumpiness doesn't make him shy. Although he's not exactly the picture of confidence either and sometimes he's a bit more fretful than healthy for a growing cat.
He tries to be open-minded when meeting others due to the fact that some look down on Dunepaw for his nervousness and dislike of battle. Need to talk something out? Go to Dunepaw. He'll listen and try his best to give some sort of helpful advice or just listen when someone just needs to vent.
