okay well we wont start the plot for a few weeks because people still have things going on now but if things slow WAY down and its not worth waiting then we'll just hop into it. :3 keep letting cats have premonitions of water n stuff.

Hopefully everyone still checks up on this thread. x)
So it looks like by the rough map Shoreclan's territory extends the length of both tc's and hc's. This leads me to believe they have the biggest section of territory.
It must be hard for them and their patrols to constantly keep the border freshly marked and checking their land for trespassers/ect. I was thinking at some point, whether when the clans are just established or later, hc and tc could recognize this and become jealous, or feel cheated. Whether they pair up or choose to not become allies, they demand a fairer share/attack sc and dispute over parts of territory. Parallel to that they could begin to trespass and hunt, confronting sc patrols more often and actual fights between the patrols.
Just an idea I thought I should propose! |

or on another possible note stemming off aero's idea, maybe since there's the possibility of an sc/hc alliance perhaps voidy goes and demands a stretch of their territory in return for the assistance with repelling tc?
edit: although then again looking at the map i realize that tc and hc territory don't necessarily have outward boundries while sc is limited by the mountains on one side and other clans on the other plus the large majority of the territory is windswept steppe-like territory.

I'm gonna draw up a more accurate map pronto, since my scanner is now working, but the territories are going to be a LITTLE bit different than they are depicted now but like I mentioned previously there will be ~goodies~ like sunningrocks in the books near each border that the clans will always be fighting over, so there will definitely be border scuffs. :3

Yeah I like the idea of border 'goodies' or whatever, it seems more realistic to me, since rl cats always fight for territory as do people. (Sadly.) It'll open the flood gates for some good little plots. (: |

On another note, maybe a few loner skirmishes if we get enough new loners since they'd likely be a bit put off by newcomers suddenly saying "hey you can't come here anymore it's ours now."
