please suggest ideas for the new tempestclan's territory or potential names on this board.
remember the new lands should be slightly similar to the old territory or else the cats wouldn't settle there!
please post pictures, specific ideas/area, et cetera. anything is appreciated!
we'll have a poll for the final clan name after the territory has been decided. below are a few pictures of the new tempestclan territory.

*_* it wouldn't be hard to incorporate a waterfall into our territory, especially if it's all going to be very wetland, but i like those last two you posted a lot too, minty.  ^ would be ideal for fishing, as tempestclan does have a diet consisting of, among other things, fish? more so than vc or cc, and it's not something you would find on a moor, like for zc  ^ that would provide a lot of prey also, as well as be a bit of a danger zone, like the shore is now.  ^ shallow enough for fishing, even for swimming, i love the little springs!  ^ mountain stream, if they made their territory more higher up Also, they DEFINITELY need a huge tree, that would be a main reason to make their camp in a certain territory. Plus then they can escape from the swamp and wetness of the ground. |

Ooh yeah I would like a little fishing spring pond area that has loads of fish when the prey is running well. And yeah I also imagined quite a few large trees, and maybe some fallen ones too that have been there for ages and are kinda dead and hollow to find prey/shelter from the rain in?

I like the first two trees that they could use as bridges, they are pretty awesome :3 I quite like this new territory, hopefully Lynxie likes our ideas too :3

oooh yeah so basically it's kind of like a huge rotted-down old forest? like maybe long ago that forest flooded like the 'old territories' and now the remnants are kinda perfect for tempestclan cats because the trees are mostly dead/fallen down and not healthy and tall because they'd be really unused to a big healthy forest since they're so used to their current groves/swampy area. I dig it. :3
I'm thinking each territory would have their own water source, too if that's okay with you guys. I'm really fond of the first two you posted dawn and the last two you posted minty. so tempestclan would be a kind of wetland with lots of pools and swampy areas, so that's their water source and then I was thinking zephyrclan would have a sort of shoreline on either a lake, river, or ocean, and then since vertigoclan would be elevated still it would mostly have springs/streams flowing downhill? so waterfalls/little triburtaries, etc.
to give each territory something that sets it apart. :3
edit: about the tree OOH what if instead of an upright, partially living tree like they had before they lived like beneath a series of fallen trees in the driest area? like it formed a sort of series of tunnels and roofs over their head.

Yeah, I love the idea of lots of trees for them to walk along and leap over it's great  Maybe at the huge waterfall bit TC could meet VC since you are fond of VC having waterfalls? So it could start with a really big one or something like that? so that VC can be known for it's waterfalls and TC can be known for it's pools, I really like dawn's first picture as a special pool, not just like the rest of them sort of thing? maybe it could be near the camp or something idk, or just a popular gathering/feeding place. And since ZC is more like moors then one kinda large lake would be good for them I think. True, or maybe to mark it it could be the remains of a huge hollowed out tree that other trees have started growing among kinda thing? Oh and maybe they get storms kinda often in warmer weather which would explain the fallen trees. |

click This would be wicked. It's a little steep here but the hillside can always become less elevated as the river goes. This might even make for a border between Vertigoclan and Tempestclan, if we assume there's more beach farther down.

okay the problem with that location dawn is that I dont see how its relevant to the tc territory we've been discussing at all. xD it's a river alongside a mountain rather than ponds and swamps and trees. I don't know what you're going for here I guess? and it could be a border a bit higher up I suppose but I do want some flat, smooth, lush land between the two to be a constantly disputed land (like sunning rocks in the books or whatever)
