Duskfur ~
As the sun began to stream into the cave, cats around the smallish black she-cat began to rise. From where she had slept last night, she watched the cats of the other Clans. She had purposely tried her hardest to find a spot near the queens and kits from her own clan, but far from the apprentices. Or any cat from the other Clans. Deep down, the black TempestClan she-cat was about to claw off the ears of any cat that came near her. Though some of the apprentices seemed to be enjoying themselves playing with cats from the other Clans, Duskfur was having no such fun. And it was only the beginning of the journey. If she made it through this without laying a claw on another cat, she'd never forget it. She'd already had some close calls with fights with the other Clan cats. No cat in TempestClan liked her sharp tongue, and the cats from the other Clans certainly liked it no better.
As cats soon began to get more active and rambunctious, it was high time she get out of the fray in the cave. She rose to her paws slowly, as if she were as old as the elders in her Clan. She was in no hurry to leave her home. Secretly, she wasn't too thrilled about having to evacuate the camp. She desperately wanted to go back to the place she was born in and raised in. She gave a few quick licks over her messy black pelt. Her tongue strokes quickened as she noticed some VertigoClan and ZephyrClan apprentices heading in her direction. She wasn't in the mood to deal with some hyper furballs that lacked the innocence of kits and the maturity of warriors. The apprentices, no matter who they were always got under her fur, simply for the reason of usually always thinking they knew everything about everything.
It was bad enough to be in such close quarters with the other Clan cats, but the looks of hatred through at each cat made her rather annoyed. Whether it was the look of hatred for having had to share their land from the VertigoClan cats or the looks of defiance from the CelestialClan cats trying to prove that even though they didn't have a leader or deputy at the moment, they were still strong.
Duskfur slinked around the edge of the cave until she met the entrance. Slinking of to the left side of the entrance she could just barely see the sun rising above the mountains. The air was breezy and the TempestClan she-cat gently raised her nose into the air, sniffing as she closed her eyes. Opening them once more, she watched as a few cats left the cave to go somewhere unknown to the black she-cat. Oh how she missed her old home.
