SHORT DESCRIPTION// Long-legged ginger tabby she-cat with bright blue eyes.
DESCRIPTION// Lithe, long-legged, bright-- Poppyfur is an unusual cat in her form and beautiful cat in her pelt. She is like a wispy bright comet as she runs. She has long strong legs and dainty paws, a graceful tail. Her body is thin in the chest but slightly wider in the hips. However, her head is rather odd, and upsets the balance of her body.
Her head is round and rather small compared to her body. With large eyes and ears, she's vaguely batlike. She has a small knick in her left ear.
Her pelt distracts from her disproportionate body. Her undercoat is a light, peachy orange. However, it is overlaid by a classic tabby pattern of dark scarlet. Her toes, chin, and a small diamond on the left side of her chest are bleached white.
Her last but probably most extraordinary feature is her eyes. They are sky blue with dark wells in the center. They are like pools that you can't tell if they are deep or shallow. Will she pull you in or merely refresh you? It's difficult to tell what she's thinking sometimes because her eyes are so... deceptive.
PERSONALITY// ---
EXPERIENCE// Poppyfur was born as the only child of Amberpetal and Fallowpelt. They were two young, loyal ZephyrClan warriors. Poppykit was spoiled by her parents, the darling of the clan. She was spirited but kind and polite to her elders. Soon after Poppyfur became an apprentice, her mother grew sick. It was some sort of wasting disease and the medicien cat could not help her. Fallowpelt was heartbroken along with Poppypaw and the two grew close. She became a warrior at about 14 moons after a few disciplinary issues prolonged her ceremony. Most notably was one where she shared prey with another clan as they struggled through a hard time. Some more generous cats attributed this rebellious behavior to her mother's death. When she finally was a warrior, she was credited for her passion and cleverness. She's been a warrior for almost a year, but her leader has been worried about entrusting an apprentice to such a wild she-cat, so she has not become a mentor.
