Falconflight padded around the forest, slate grey pelt occasionally flashing silver in the twilight. It was unusually cold, and he shivered a bit. The big tom looked around himself, at the frosted ground. If his paws weren't so used to this, he'd be rolling on the hard earth from the pain of the cold. The large handsome tom looked from one side to the next, thinking he heard a small rustling. But it must have been imagination, for it stopped just as he went to look. A snowflake fell down, then another, then another. It got very cold, and Falconflight puffed his fur out. "Jeez...." His nose twitched as a scent touched his nose. Roseblush... The deputy turned and saw her. "Hello." His eyes sparkled happily at the pretty cat. He smiled, and turned around fully. "Almost dark. Fancy a walk?"

She'd been wandering a bit as the sun was beginning to set, her fur puffed out to keep her warm, and her disposition as cheery as ever. It was beautiful in CelestialClan just as it always was, but the dusting of snow granted the forest a new kind of beauty. Its fresh vitality that breathed from within it during spring had been quieted, hushed down to a whisper of what it would vibrantly transform into in moons to come. Roseblush's grey-blue eyes sparkled with light as she moved through the undergrowth, spotting a familiar tom nearby. "Hello, Falconflight. Fancy seeing you out here.

[/color]" She greeted him with a smile, looking up and opening her mouth into a slight 'o' as she might a slight gasp. "The snow's so pretty.[/color]" She murmured quietly, looking down as the first snowflakes of this new snowfall hit the ground, collecting with the previous dusting. Looking at the stone colored tom, she nodded, joy doting upon her lovely face as she replied. "Yes, of course![/color]" Roseblush answered before stepping closer to him. He smiled, green eyes sparkling. "Of course! C'mon." Falconflight padded off, flicking his tail for Roseblush to follow. The snow was coming down, faster and harder, and the slate grey tom looked worriedly at the clouds. Even in the dimming light,it was obvious they were very dark. Oh, a storm would be just perfect. Right as he ws going on a walk with the lovely Roseblush. His ears twitched. I hope it holds out until we're back at camp. The deputy glanced back to Roseblush. "You good?" Falconflight stopped when they got to the river. It was frozen over. He pressed a paw on it, testing if the ice wold hold up. It dipped and cracked slightly. Great. The big tom glanced at Roseblush, sighing. This was perfect. The water was too cold to swim across unless you wanted greencough. And the snow just kept on coming. He shook his head, spilling the gathered snow to the ground.

She followed him, delightedly bouncing in and out of the snow and the minuscule drifts that the light wind was beginning to form. The breeze turned chilly though, and its breath sharp, mirroring the darkening clouds as they floated above in the silvery blue sky. As Falconflight looked back at her muted pointed form, she smiled back at him, bounding ahead to walk next to him, her silvery hued blue eyes meeting his green ones. "Never better!" She cried, her face filled with joyous emotion, watching him carefully as he tested the water's surface with a paw. It was one of the main paths that cats of CelestialClan took, turning past the steepest land and the tunnels and then meeting where a small stream diverged. In the autumn, the stream had flooded, becoming a backed up tributary to the lake on the other side of the territory. It'd frozen over before its water level had dropped and now blocked one of the shortest ways back to camp. "Looks like we're not going that way anytime soon." Roseblush announced, peering around her surroundings with wide, open eyes. Letting in air and expelling it to make a dusty white cloud, she smirked up at the tom, looking at him with a sideways glance. "As long as we're together, though, I won't worry about the adverse weather." The young female murmured, following him as he continued on.
