so, i have bad news. i was playing basketball in gym the other day, and i collided with my friend tommy. we both went for a rebound and slammed our heads together. he said he's fine, but my head hurt like a son of a bitch. a couple minutes later, my friend timmy and i went for another rebound, and we bounced off each other. he fell, and i hit my head on his shoulder. when i went to go get changed, i felt really dizzy and lightheaded. about an hour later, i felt nauseous and developed a killer headache. i didn't think much of it- i mean, i figured it wasn't serious, i've hit my head before. but then i woke up the next day and it was still there. my brother took me to the doctor, and i have a mild concussion. i'm just telling you guys this so you don't freak out on me if i forget things or am slow at responding. i can't concentrate for shit, and the doctor said if my head hurts than i need to stop what i'm doing and relax. i'm sorry guys. i'll be here as much as possible, but i don't know how truly severe or how long this is or will last. bare with me. <3

You know you've got friends who get hurt a lot when you read "I was playing basketball today" and immediately think "Ohdang, please don't be a concussion. >.<"
Concussions suck, though I've been able to avoid getting one myself, I've got plenty of friends who've suffered from them. Be careful and feel better; if you're able to stare at a computer screen then it can't be too bad, so hopefully you'll be all patched up soon. Seriously, don't push yourself, though, luff. C:

'Dahhh lacey. D: You're hurt by sports too; but waaay worse than me. Like Duskeh Huskeh said, don't push yourself too hard, I hope you get well as soon as possible. Errr... read books. Sleep. Er, but not when it's hurting.
...You know, I don't know what one does with a concussion, but do that! xD This is Doctor Dawny's advice.

dont feel pressured to be on, we understand. you need to take the time to recover and chill and not be staring at a computer screen! just take your time, I won't berate you if you aren't on for a few days or anything and no one else will either we just want you to feel better <3
