~Amberheart~
Warm spots of sunlight dappled the Celestialclan camp, leaving a warm golden glow. The whole camp was teeming with life, from the bugs lazing about to the lush ferns that sheltered the clearing. The soft sand of the camp showed marks of many paws, prints that could only belong to the clan cats that lived here.
One of those clan cats, a she-cat named Ambersong, was sleeping in a spot of sunlight. Her chest rose and fell steadily as she slept, her breath just a soft whisper. She was small for her age, barely bigger then an apprentice. In fact, she was often mistaken as one by other clan cats, something that annoyed her beyond reason. Her ear twitched slightly, and she blinked open her green eyes. Yawning, she rose to her paws and stretched out her petite body. Still groggy from her nap, Ambersong looked around the clearing for her clan mates. “Hello?” she mewed in her sweet sing-song voice, eyes looking around curiously.

It was a fine day, and Rosepaw enjoyed basking in the sun's bright rays. Her pale ginger tabby pelt shined golden in the light and her grey-blue eyes contained more of the latter on days like this. Whiskers twitching as she lounged in the heat, her ears pricked at the sing-songy greeting coming from one of her clanmates. "H-hi." The young, awkward female replied, her lanky size quite a bit larger than the warrior that had spoken. Ambersong. She was a pretty she-cat, and her green eyes were lit up with friendliness. Rosepaw couldn't help but display a small smile upon her creamy maw. The apprentice had been lying near the formerly sleeping femme and rose to a sitting position instead.
The curious glint in her eyes matched Rosepaw's own curiousity in the form of her pale blue eyes. "Amberheart, r-right?" She stuttered, cringing at the mistakes in her speech, afraid the other female might mock her. Fright flickered into her visage for a moment, her half-smile turned into the tiniest of frowns and she let her gaze drop to the ground, scanning the soft sand below her paws. Carefully wrapping her tail around her paws, she sat there as if she were set in stone, awaiting someone to teach her how to be brave or to punish her for being so afraid.

~Amberheart~
Amberheart sat down, drowsy in the heat of the sun. Her tail flicked lazily along the ground as she waited in silence. One of her clan mates who was dozing in the sun nearby returned her greeting in a stuttering voice. Amberheart smiled sweetly at the she-cat, her ears perked up curiously. "Oh,"

[/i] she thought to herself as the apprentice rose to her paws, "of course... she's bigger then I am."[/color] Ignoring the pang of irritation inside her, Amberheart listened to the she-cat's question.
"Yes, my name is Amberheart. You must be Rosepaw." she mewed kindly. She noticed how uncomfortable the apprentice seemed. "Hey it's ok. I'm not going to hurt you." she smiled, looking up at Rosepaw. One thing Amberheart always did was try to cheer people up.
