DESCRIPTION// --- Badgerlight could not have been more accurately named when it comes to his appearance. With his dominant coloring of black with small, ideally placed displays of white, the tom's coat does, in a way, resemble the looks of a dreaded badger. The deep ebony color dominates the male's body up until the reaches of his face, where a solid, defined layer of white begins to take hold along his muzzle, jaw, neck, and chest. This layer of a pale shining tint stats strong until it reaches the lower part of Badgerlight's breast, where it begins to shorten into a think streak that runs beneath his stomach and disappears from site almost. From there, the black returns until it comes to his paws, which are each thoroughly painted in that clean, bright color. This short, soft coat covers the form of a short, burly, almost thick cat. Badgerlight is physically defined by his thick, stump-like legs and robust, muscled form - another way he so aptly resembles the shuffling badgers. A key feature about the tom is his light, intuitive softly shaded green eyes that stand out against the black of his face. The only thing really 'odd' on Badgerlight is a small, dark splotch on the left side of his light pink nose. PERSONALITY// --- Not unlike the reputed creature he is named after, Badgerlight has a fierce disposition, but not the kind that most would expect. No, the tom is not violent or aggressive at times or when the situation calls for it. He is fierce in everyday life. He does things with a certain roughness that pretty much depicts him. The tom is by nature a hard individual in his actions, not by word or movement, but incidentally just in how he does things. Badgerlight might talk to loud with hid deep, booming voice that is easily known around the camp. If acting playfully with another, it's not strange for him to accidentally strike much too hard. The male simply underestimates his own strength and the dexterity of others. He has a heavy, hard walk that one would, by recommendation, do well to stay out of the way from. Despite this, Badgerlight is an animatedly out-going tom who can a lot of the time be found in discussion with others. Do not mistake kind or friendliness with compassion and sympathy though, for in this field the tom is sorely lacking. When tragedy or harm should befall another, Badgerlight will not be found in the vicinity of the situation. He can be found elsewhere, not out of emotion, but for the reason that he does not want to be around it. There is a difference in that he might not care, Badgerlight simply just does not feel anything about it, so how could he be surrounded by all the cats who are fussing over it? In this way, it seems that little could get to Badgerlight, and that could be right. Yet his approach on such delicate matters leads some to think of him as cruel and uncaring, and these thing he are not. This cat does, in fact, have a prominent affection for his clan-mates.
