congratulations on your new litter! as soon as two cats decide they are going to have kits (or, oops, accidentally conceive) then one of the parents will need to pm me and let me know. I will then reply with the number of kits, their genders, and the forms you will need to complete. the roleplayers of the parents will then fill out these forms and post them in the kits board, where other members can adopt the kits!
this means that yes, parents can decide what their kits look like and yes, parents can have a lot more freedom when creating their litter. however, this privilege will be heavily administrated still. members must stay reasonable and logical when making a litter or I will not hesitate to correct them!

p.s. remember that roleplayers of kits are not required to make bios until the kits become apprentices, and remember that two threads of pregnancy must be played before a queen has her kits.
