Olivinesilk blinked in confusion at what the tom was saying. So he wanted to leave his mate just like that? To give up on her? Was that how heartless Breakingdawn had been? There was one problem with that cat though, she was still alive. When her mate, Olivinesilk's own brother was not. He didn't die fighting for his clan like he had wanted to since being a kit in Tempestclan, he died because she left him, and he decided that there was no point in living anymore. Olivinesilk flinched away from the tom shyly. "I am sorry, I can't, my past....it haunts me." She meowed, turned then padded away. she felt her heart rate speeding up at the thought of her brother. At least most cats had not seen there brother kill themselves but had been too late to do anything about it. Blinking a tear ran down each cheek and she looked around her before disappearing.

He stood, frozen with horror as the she-cat bolted away from him. Was he that repulsive? Thunderthighs decided to go lay back down in the medicine cat den and wait for her return. He was sure the trust worthy she-cat wouldn't go back on her word to help him look for his mate.

From the corner of her vision she glimpsed Olivinesilk bounding off and instinctively rose to her paws, a frown creasing her tiny muzzle. It was then that Wrenpaw noticed Thunderthighs sitting forlornly off to the side, and slowly the random chatter she had picked up clicked into place. She nearly had to choke back the spurts of laughter. Had he been...hitting on her? Oh, that was hilarious. With a more serious expression she regained her composure, she did feel bad for the tom, in spite of his unsightly oversized thighs. After all, he was separated from his mate, while she was kitting, on top of that.
But she had more pressing concerns at the moment, and she broke into a sprint, following the scent of her mentor into the territory. This was more important than a quick training session, there was definitely something on Olivinesilk's mind, and the clan prisoner wasn't helping, clearly. Plus, she was naturally inquisitive, she thought with a wry smile. She couldn't help that.

The old tom lay in the elder's den. His face had a frown pasted on it. He had started to feel the hunger gnawing at his stomach only a few seconds ago, but he was already bellowing his commands. "Get me some food you little apprentices! I'm hungry!" The gray tom was to get what he wanted, or there were going to be problems, and lots of them. If he didn't get what he wanted, when he wanted, the poor little apprentices would cringe under his booming voice as he verbally punished them. Galestorm may be just a grumpy old elder, but seeing that he was the only elder, the only one the apprentices had to tend to, he saw that he needed to discipline them, the grey elder found that it was his job to make them work hard. Then, he decided, that his bedding needed changing. Then, he let his voice ricochet around the camp as he spoke again, "Someone else! Fetch me some new moss and take out the old pieces!" They would listen, and they would do what he asked, for he was an elder. Galestep deserved, no, more like demanded respect, from the apprentices.

The sleek form of the warrior Hawksong appeared silently, as if she were no more then a ghost. Golden highlights glinted ever so softly. Commotion, as she saw, was high in the camp after the battle. She didn't know about the battle, she had been here only a couple moons, after the battle at least. Whitestar seemed to be pleased with something, what though Hawksong waan't sure about. She had always gotten a decent read on emotions, she was a decent expression reader too. However, when they were not really close to her, she really couldn't tell what they were generally feeling. Her deep amber colored eyes flickered to where she saw Galestep 'talking' to the apprentices. At least, those who were still there. Most, she guessed, had already taken off to the Terra. She moved silently through the camp, her paws making almost no sound. She really hadn't met any of the cats yet, she only knew names by observing. It was much easier to get a general feel of your surroundings before you began to speak. At least, that was her thoughts. Hawksong knew that she did anger easily, if provoked. Yet, despite the fact that she didn't want to fly off the handle if someone rubbed her fur the wrong way, the slender she cat wanted really to actually talk. Friends were hard to come by where she had once lived, so the feeling of them, she assumed if she got some, would be very strange to her. Living as a loner had taught her a lot of things though, such as to look before you leap. Hawksong however, didn't always follow her own advice. After all, how were you suppose to experiance new things if you were cautious about everything? If you did not take the chance when it called, and let others do it for you, what better were you, then just nothing? All experiances came from what you do, and wrongs are turned right by correction. Or so, Hawksong hoped.

Thunderthighs noticed an elegant she-cat gliding around camp. He was very lonely and noticed she never talked to anyone, so he decided to make his move. He approached the beautiful Hawksong and, standing a respectable distance away, asked politely "Would you honor me with your company? I am very lonely and am afraid that no one will even look at me twice in this place." He stared to her with the same expression he used on Petal to get her to trust him, he needed someone to talk to or he would go insane.

Two golden eyes blinked up to meet eye contact with the eyes of Thunderthighs, one of the other somewhat loner cats Hawksong had seen around camp. She had heard that he hadn't been clan born either, but didn't know for sure, as rumors weren't always true. It was easier to act like you thought they were, and then sometime confront the one they spoke about, then think they were all true. Her amber eyes were sparked with a bit of curiousity though, she hadn't seen this cat around for very long. But to talk, the lure was strong, so she accepted with grace. "The honor is mine Thunderthighs. I would love to accompany you." She knew that it was bascially an acceptance. She really wasn't sure where she got some of the speaking she had, such as the honor, but it felt so natrual to her, she didn't bother trying to correct herself. Besides, it was just something she did. However, she stayed a respectful distance away as she padded over to a more comertable talking position, one where it looks like your not friends, but not enemies, and nobody really cared to overhear your thoughts. There was nothing more irritating then those who tried to gain things by over hearing, Hawksong knew. So many times, aside from dislike for the other cat, this was how half truths were spread, basically exiling the cat from their home, if they were the less popular of cats. Of course, they more often were ignored, so the results of the rumors must be a shocking suprise to them, to be talked to without starting conversation, Hawksong mused to herself, glad that so far she had managed to keep herself clean from those false half truths. "Thank you." He replied to her acceptance. His eyes glittered with gratitude until he saw her expression of curiosity. He followed the beautiful she-cat over to where he assumed they would talk, sitting closer to her than he would have normally. He had barely talked to anyone in such a long time, using most of his time sleeping and thinking about how he could live without Petal and his kits. Glancing over at Hawksong, she still looked curious, so he decided to humor her. "You seem confused and curious. What do you wish to know about me?" He would say anything just to let the conversation go on longer. He was tired of being alone, he was sick of not knowing where his thoughts or even his life would be tomorrow. He needed comfort and order, but had none. He would surely go insane if this lasted any longer. Snapping his attention to the kind she-cat in front of him before she could notice his thoughts were drifting he awaited her answer.

Hawksong felt at ease as they walked to talk. Most of the times, being close to others didn't bother her. Of course, there always was too close, but that didn't happen very often. Everyone knew how to stay out of one's bubble, or risk a claw in the face. Some cats, Hawksong included, she knew, would get angry if their bubble was popped. Her attention drifted slightly, as her mind began to wander. However, she snapped back as soon as he started to talk to her. She grinned slightly. Her emotions wcould be so easy to read sometimes, it somewhat annoyed her. Everything seemed to flash across her face, excpet when she put up her mask when things went bad. It was something she had learned a long time ago, although it was very hard to keep it up if she got angry. Anger, was a hard emotion to mask. She shrugged to his question though. There were many things about several cats she wanted to know, Thunderthighs included. "Just natrual curiousity. I've heard rumors you once were a loner. I'm jsut curious if its true or false, rumors have issues of being warped." She said honestly. Most of the time, she found being truthful was easier then having to make a cover story, which was very likly to fall apart almost after being told. "I came from the outside. I was young though, merely an apprentice." She said with a shrug, although her past was painfully ingraved in her memory. It wasn't an easy thing to forget, something she never spoke about.

A slim figure appeared from the mouth of one of the many dens. The sun's warm and welcome rayss were quickly absorbed into the figure's bright orange fur as she made her way into the camp clearing. With a small yawn, Gingerfang began to stretch out her stiff limbs and arched her back, getting out the sleep from her build. It was rare indeed to see her coming out from her den this late in the day, but it was called for. She had taken up the resopnsibility of night watch the night before, and taken the early dawn patrol. As soon as she had returned she was as all too eager to sink down into her nest. Now that she had gotten a few solid hours of sleep she felt better than ever. Her curious blue eyes fell upon Galestep as he shouted commands to the apprentices who were scrambeling around the camp in a frantic attempt to satisfy him. Chuckling, she made her way over to the elder's den and sat down a few inches away from the old tom. "The poor little scraps had it coming I guess... They should know by now to check your bedding every day or else you'll throw one of your famous yelling fits." she mewed with laughter in her bright eyes. As she spoke to the elder she couldn't help but let her gaze wander onto Thunderthighs who was speaking to Hawksong. He seemed like a rather interesting tom, but she didn't feel that it was her place to interupt their conversation. She was never one to be rude.

As he waited patiently for Hawksong's answer he noticed a ginger she-cat moving out of the corner of his eye. He thought it might be Gingerfang but he wasn't sure until Thundy heard her melodic voice drifted across camp to him. Feeling the beautiful she-cats gaze burning at his back he gave himself a few swift likes before looking back to Hawksong. He tired to focus all of his attention onto the gorgeous cat right in front of him, he didn't want to offend her.

Galestep purred in amusement at his visitor. Only rarely did he get a chance to chat with the warriors of the clan. He gave a swift lick to Gingerfang's shoulder, his pink, sandpaper tongue running along her fur, then shooting back into his mouth. It was an affectionate lick, for he wasn't heartless. The moody grey tom sat up next to the orange she cat. Today, he decided that he would have a friendly chat while he waited impatiently for the apprentices to tend to his every whim. "Well, how do you do today? I rarely ever get visitors." He said, his voice still smooth, as if he was still young enough to be a warrior. "Do you want anything? I can get the apprentices." His blue eyes scanned around a bit before he continued his conversation. "I wonder what is going to happen next . . ." He murmured. "I mean, prophecy wise. We just had a great fight, what is to become of us next?" ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fogwhiser writhed in his sleep. Something was disturbing his rest, and he didn't like it. Then, the pale grey cat opened one of his eyes and found the interference: it was sunhigh and the light was peeking into his den. He grumbled before rising to his feet to check his herbs. He traveled the short distance to his stash of herbs on the other side of the room. His green eyes scoured the ledge, checking to see that all was in order. Then, he padded quietly out of his den and walked around the camp. The tom stretched a couple times before setting off towards the fresh kill pile.

Vortex was happy that they had gotten Twistersoul to a decent condition. His wounds were covered and he seemed that he would live. His breaths already became better and his eyes flickered open for a brief moment before falling. "Let's try and get him to the medicine cat den." She murmured softly to Harmonydance. It would easily take them both to get the tom to the Medicine Cat den. AS they got him to the den Vortex slipped him off her shoulders and smiled at Harmonydance.((forgive my tiny powerplaying)) "He'll be fine. At least he seems as if he will be." As her stomach rumbled she looked out the den. "I'm going to go find something to eat. If you don't want to watch him I'm sure you could bully Leapingflame into watching him." Smiling she padded out of the den and headed towards the fresh-kill pile. Vortex was practically a member of Tempestclan, just without an ending to her name. Spotting Fogwhisper she smiled and picked out a mouse. "Hello Fogwhisper."

The medicine cat had heard Vortex approaching. Then, he greeted Fogwhisper. The pale grey tome stared at his guest. Fogwhisper wasn't the one to talk, but being said hello to required a response. "Hello."He kept it short and simple, his soft, quiet voice reaching only the ears of Vortex. He flicked his tail, signaling for the other tom to sit down beside him. Green eyes looked into those of his guest, searching to see what he was really like. The medicine cat wrapped his tail neatly around his paws. Fogwhisper left his mouth shut, he prefered using body language to words. Now, he would only respond with words if a question was asked, because he didn't like playing charades either.

[[s'okay ^^]]
Harmonydance sighed contentidly, that ever so bothering pang of anxiety leaving her for now. She returned a soft smile at Vortex and nodded before turning back to Twistersoul. Was he awake? "Twister, you awake?" Harmonydance breather ever-so softly as not to awake him if he was asleep. She glided across the ground as if sliding on a sheet of ice and sat next to the tom. Harmonydance let her mind wander as she waited for his response. Do I really love him?" She inquired herself inwardly, and after a stretch of time the answer seemed to be 'yes'. The she-cat let her concerned gaze that rested upon him flash to a fond look for a split second before becoming neutral once again.
