Strike felt the same thrill he always got when he crossed the border. What a strange game he played. Like cat and mouse, only he chose to be the mouse. It was simple, he'd cross TempestClans border, leave some signs so they'll know he was there, then leave. It was all fun and games as long as he didn't get caught. What would happen if he got caught? He didn't think that far ahead. Why was doing this? He didn't really know. Perhaps it was the kick he got when he messed with the most aggressive clan he knew of. A image of a she-cat flashed in his mind. Tearstar? Why would he think about her? Weird.
Your pressing your luck, leave now!The more sensible half of his brain yelled. As always he chose to ignore it. He had more fun that way. He walked up to a tree and began casually sharping his claws. Getting away with murder... He thought as a smug smile began to spread over his face. All right you've been here long enough, now go! Strike sighed and turned to leave. As usual common sense was right. He snapped around, it was just too hard to resist, just a few more tail-lengths into their territory. Then he'd go.

Composed of an element so weak, so frail Every time she reaches for the sky, she fails The escape from her shattered existence Lies above out of her own reach But still sinking further and further Into her own self-pity
Tearstar had been there a few moons before Banestar had. Well...actually not many more than Banestar had. Tearstar was just becoming leader as Banepaw was becoming a warrior. It had been some time ago, but not long enough to consider what all had happened. Banestar was now of course leader. Though not many did approve of her leadership. But somebody had to do it. That was the way Tempestclan was. Each cat was loyal, but each cat wanted themselves to be in the position she found herself in. Oh nonsense. That was absolutely theoretically impossible and ridiculous. They were mad for even thinking those retched thoughts. But those thoughts had been her own at one time.
The crack, the cut, the shattered tears That hit the pavement In this crumbling existence, like a champagne glass Held together at its last seams With every try there's a little more bleeding As her heart is leaking
Paws quickened, lightning yellow eyes uneasily sliding over the territory she roamed over. It was her own but something was amiss, as usual. For once the rain had ceased. The lake's rising level would know no boundaries and soon...a plan must be taken. Lands would be needed from somewhere else. Of course another clan. That would be easy enough. Tempestclan was never one to struggle. But after this last battle, who knew what was to happen.
The crack, the cut, the shattered tears That hit the pavement All she wants to do now is finish this Tip the glass to the floor Watch it shatter
And then her eyes found what she was looking for. What was making her uneasy. Her nose sought out the smell. It wasn't another clan, it was that of a loner? One of old thoughts. One that she would remember? One that she had never met? One that nobody would miss? The possibilities were so endless, so thrilling and heart stopping but yet so dominating over her mind. But not over her heart. The she-cat's heart was a free spirit, never tied or locked to her body but thrown high in the sky like a bird. "On my territory is where you do not belong tom." Her voice was spat. Normal for any Tempestclan soul.
So she will strive and strive reaching for the sky As she cuts and bleeds Waiting for the day she strives to be This broken glass thrown into heaven

Strike felt a brief moment of panic but it vanished as quickly as it came. So what? He had, after all, talked himself out of worst situations. Hadn't he? Well one thing you could bet on, he would not let himself be chased out with his tail between his legs. "So I've been told. He let a cocky smile escape and his eyes began laughing. "Look sweetheart why don't you do us both a favor and skip the riot act? I am sure we already have it memorized. He sat down and wrapped his tail around his legs. " Don't worry honey, I'll leave your precious territory but only if.." He paused, eyes sparkling madly. "You ask nicely."
OOC: Sorry if I'm a little rusty. It's been a while since I rped with Strike.
