The she-cat tired paws led her home. She had gotten lost a couple of times. things had been looking down for a while, but with an extra hand to help her, she had made it. Her extra hand being Cacophony, a Delirium kit. Yet, she was probably about ready to become an apprentice. Maybe Dewstar would let her mentor the young she-cat? Or maybe it would be an unwise decision to him. Sure, she was still young, but she was a warrior no less, and how many others would have been brave enough to make the journey she had just made? He could not say she hadn't proved herself.
"Cacophony." She mowed, seeing if the she-cat was paying any attention. She opened her maw to say something, but a yawn escaped her before she could begin to say anything. "Try not and speak out of turn, make sure you make Dewstar, our leader, know that you will be loyal, you need him to trust you." She meowed. Silence fell upon the she-cats as she led the way into Zephyrclan camp. It was tempting just to run straight to the warriors den and deal with all of this later on, but she had to deal with this now. Dewstar would be so happy to see his kits again, as would Shiverleaf. Crypticstreak and Ivywhisper would be glad to see their kits too of course.
Spectrelight paused just outside the leader's den. "Dewstar?" She called into the den. "I, er, have a surprise for you?" She meowed. Taking a moment to take his kit off her back, she gently pushed Rushingkit and Moonkit into the den ahead of her. "Also Pepperkit, and a she-cat wishing a place to live." She meowed.

Cacophony hadn't thought that the journey was all that long. She was perfectly fine with it. Spectrelight had been nice to talk to and the small she-cat was eating more than she had her whole life. She actually seemed to be putting on a little weight and filling out. Her jade green eyes looked around as Spectrelight spoke. "I can do that." She murmured softly. She could do that much. Following Spectrelight she stayed to her side watching as she took the kits and placed them on the ground. Before her was a tom, Dewstar she assumed. As she was donned the name "she-cat" she dipped her head lightly.

Hex motioned around her clan camp as the sun declined behind the trees as the day began it's ending. Emerald green irises expanded, while allowing ink colored pupils to scan the area for fellow members. A she cat identified as, spectrelight was transporting Dewstars kits to their father. The cool-headed female sauntered over toward the she-cat and kits to address them kindly. With every step a wave of muscle tightened and released. "Ah! the kits are back! Magnifico! Boss must have been deadly worried about you little buggers." The female smiled joyfully as she bent down to nuzzle the kits. Hexmark adored kits over anything else, and if they had been her kits then god knows what kind of rampage she would have thrown in Delirium's realm. She would have skinned them alive and shoved them in a heard of metal monsters. (aka On coming traffic)
Hex then turned to the young warrior and grinned gratefully,"Thank you, Sprectrelight, I guess we owe you big time, Good work." With the ending of her sentence the she-cat dipped her beautifully sculpted skull in a proud and respectful manner. Zephyr clan was short on cats as it is, and when kits are lost then so are the next generation of zephyr clan warriors.

He looked the kits up and down. He opened his maw in surprise and nearly fell to the ground. With a wheeze, his eyes glazed over as he stared down at the kits in extreme surprise. "The kits," the leader whispered. "The kits!" he exclaimed, finding his voice. "They're back!" he announced joyfully. "My kits. My beautiful kits. Why, Shiverleaf will be so overjoyed! And lets not forget Ivywhisper! Pepperkit, Moonkit, Rushingkit," he purred, padding quickly over to them, apparently finding his paws as he did so. He licked each swiftly over the head before stepping back.
"A she-cat, you say," the leader meowed, curiosity thick in his voice. He was so focused on the kits, he didn't see the she-cat standing near the back. She had dipped her head as a sign of respect. Dewstream smiled gently. "Well, we aren't going to be calling you 'she-cat' for the rest of your life spent here in ZephyrClan, now are we. What is your name, may I ask?" the tom asked quietly, trying to keep a business-like tone within his voice. He smiled once more at the she-cat but couldn't help but take a swift look down at the kits, beaming at them happily.
Straightening up, the tom sat down, curling his tail over his white paws, his green-gray eyes surveying each cat in his den. Ah, and Hexmark was there too. The leader nodded his head to his deputy with a small smile, and he found Spectrelight. His smile disappeared and the tom tilted his head to the side. The smile returned as he realized what this she-cat must have done. His tone was soft and kind as he spoke. "You..did you..you didn't..I mean.." he sputtered. "Thank you," he finally murmured, going up the the warrior and touching his liver-colored nose to her neck. "Thank you so much for bringing the kits back. And possibly a new apprentice," he meowed with a smile.
"Now, the tom continued, still smiling, "I would love to have your name so I can give you a proper apprentice ceremony," he meowed. "That is, if you would like to become part of this clan," he added with a gentle smile. "You know," he added with a chuckle. "This is of some relation, but Spectrelight, I always promised myself I would find the kits. I worried every night and day and they're back. And for that I thank you with all of the thanks I have," he meowed, sighing.

Hexmark's expression softened as she watched her leader fill to the brim with excitement and happiness. It was good to see the old man back in a positive mood. The missing kits really must have took a toll on him and Shiverleaf...though what parent wouldn't feel the emptiness of losing their own flesh and blood. Dainty skull tilted sideways as she watched the joyous reunion with a odd twinkle in her eye. For a moment the female felt a little jealous that she was not gifted with the burden of children, but her day would come soon enough. Pinkish lungs exhaled as furry lids concealed her peepers for a moment to relax and recollect.
Eyes then appeared once more and surveyed the den quietly until she caught her boss nodding her way, smiling as expected. "Greetings, Dewstar, I'm glad the kits are back...you were starting to worry me, boss." The female chuckled as she bowed respectively.
In a quick second the she-cat then diverted her attention to the new little-un who wished to enlist into the clan. "Aye, your a new face...I'm sure you would make a fine apprentice." Hex nodded and smiled sweetly as she looked at the newcomer, "My name is HexMark, I'm the Zephyr Clan Deputy and if you need anything just give me a holler."She spoke in a low, gentle tone and followed her words with a small wink.
(Hehe, Dew is now nicknamed the "Old Man" x3)

The she-cat waited. Would she get her ears cuffed? Or would Dewstar be happy? She hadn't exactly asked permission to leave the camp or anything, plus she had done it for an almost selfish reasons. Not that she did not want the kits back, of course she did. There was another reason too, she wanted to prove that she was not useless. After the run in with her mother she had felt a little shaken up, and not exactly sure of herself. If only if she saw her mothers face when Persephone had told them she had last seen the prisoner kits with Spectrelight, who had not been a member of Delirium for ages.
"Thank you Hexmark." She purred, then Dewstar spoke. She was so glad he was preoccupied with his kits to think about anything negative. Not that the tom ever seemed to. He was often quite cheerful. Personally she had never seen him angry, and she wouldn't exactly like to. "Its no problem Dewstar." She meowed gently. "I just had an idea, that I would be able to trick the Delirium cats, and it worked, luckily, if it hadn't - well I did not think it would fail." She meowed. It was true. She had never thought about what would happen if she got caught, and her plan failed. She would probably still be there now. Maybe lying in a pile of blood, fur and bones. OF course she could fight very well for her age, it was sad her mentor had to pass on, she had been a great leader, but Dewstar would lead Zephyrclan forward now.
"It appears some of those Delirium cats are not as intelligent as we thought, all muscle and no brains." She teased. She looked at her new friend, well she hoped the she-cat was a friend, Cacophony. "I probably would not have made it looking after them all on my own, I am glad I had Cacophony's help." She meowed/
