Age: 11 moons
Gender: Tom
Clan: None
Desired Position: Kittypet
Short Description:
Average-looking, easygoing black tom with green eyes and a white spot on his chest.Description:
Moritz is still a fairly small cat, but he is sure to grow even more before he reaches his adult size. Still, he is averagely built, not skinny but not fat. Living the life of a kittypet, though, means he's not exactly muscular either.Personality:
Moritz is the perfect mixture of his mother (Russian Blue - luxurious, soft gray pelt and deep emerald eyes) and his father (a longhaired tomcat with a coat as black as new asphalt). He inherited the short coat of his mother, although the fur is a bit longer and shaggier on his stomach and tail, and its the same inky colour as his father's fur. The colour is uniform except for a small spattering of white on his chest, just below his chin. Moritz's eyes are dynamic; starting at a deep forest colour and fading through soft shades of spring green until they become a luminous yellow around his pupils.
Mortiz is one of the most honest cats you will ever meet, but whether or not that's a good thing is up for interpretation. He can be almost brutal in his criticisms, but you'll never have to wonder how he feels about something - if he has a problem with what you're doing, he'll say it... although oddly this only applies to strangers. He values the opinions of those close to him far too much to be as open with them as he is with strangers. Other than that, Moritz is a very easygoing soul, playful as most young cats are and usually very laid-back, but that won't stop him from doling out sarcastic quips or having a slightly black sense of humour.Experience:
The fact that Moritz does not know most of his family does not stop him from being strongly loyal to them. His is especially very protective of his sister Clear, although he did let her leave home to become a stray. He worries about her a bit more than necessary but has since stopped - or at least cut down - his attempts to persuade her to come back. He himself is not at all brave enough to go with her and become a loner, and he admits it. For the time being he is more than comfortable with being a kittypet.
Born a kittypet, sold to another home, lived as a kittypet. Moritz's life was not all that exciting, to be honest, unless you count his continued contact with his sister, Clear. Mortiz and Clear were sold to the same twoleg owners and lived through kithood together, with a strong bond, but when she told him she was leaving he had no choice but to let her go. Each time they meet, she brings back with her stories of their three other siblings, whom she doesn't know well but has at least seen - like Pumpkin, a she-cat who lives not too far away and looks very much like their mother, a Russian Blue kittypet who mated with a large black-furred loner not from town.Picture:
