SHORT DESCRIPTION// Small white she-cat with blue eyes with a strong tendency for paranoia.
DESCRIPTION// Wispcloud is, to say the least, a standout in her clan if only for her looks. She is smaller than most of her clan, and quite lithe. Many speculate it is because of mixed blood in her ancestry, but she doesn't comment on it. She herself believes it half the time. She seems hardly bigger than an apprentice, with short legs and a long tail. Actually, when standing to just about anyone in VertigoClan, she comes to their shoulder and is thought at first to be an apprentice. Her pelt does nothing to help her blend in either, as it is a brilliant and pure white. There is not a speck of any other color anywhere, and she does her best to keep it this way. The fur itself is short and tends to be soft, almost like a rabbit's. Another fine feature is her pale blue eyes. With their color and shape, they can easily be said to be her most captivating look.
One thing that adds a quirk to this stunning image is the kink in the last inch of her tail. It's something she's quite self-conscious about and will hide it to the best of her abilities. Most notice it, however, much to her dismay. Overall, she just looks like a fragile kittypet more than a warrior, though she holds her own decently.
PERSONALITY// My my, how does one even begin to explain Wispcloud? Well, to start with, she is extremely shy. Talking for her is not a hobby, and she only does it when necessary or when someone talks to her first. If she's really afraid she'll attempt to ignore them. Which, to be honest, doesn't always work for she keeps glancing at them to see if they'll leave. Meeting new cats is also something she is not fond of. Gatherings are a place she tries her best to avoid, as going means having to actually talk. Usually if picked she'll either decline or find a way out of it, for she absolutely abhors them. Of course, this means that she isn't recognized on the border by many cats, though this doesn't bother her.
Nervous. That's what many call her. Yet, it is incorrect if only because it doesn't even begin to explain her. She rarely speaks above a whisper and when it is, it sounds strained. Her eyes dart to the side and she tries to make herself as small as possible. Why? Because she's paranoid. Paranoid of her clan mates, paranoid of enemies, even paranoid of odd things like storms. It is because of this that she fears heavy rain storms. If it starts raining on her, she's the first in a shelter. Not usually what a warrior does, but each has their irrational fears, do they not? Though one may actually call it paranoia, to be exact. Sometimes it's crippling, like when someone she cares about is dying, but most of the time she can fight past it. Curiously enough, when she's with her friend Owlshriek it disappears completely. But only then, and often he leaves her to combat it on her own, hoping it'll go away. Good luck with that.
What may be the weirdest thing of all is her optimistic outlook on life. Yes, she is a happy cat that does think life can be good. It causes clashing with her friends at times, and may even make others confused due to her nature. Yet she goes along her way, doing her best to cheer others up through actions if not words. That's how she conveys most of her feelings; through motions. A nuzzle here, a tail tip on the shoulder there. Most learn that she's quite friendly despite her shy and scared nature, and that she can be a good friend. She's also extremely loyal, and will keep a secret to the death. Of course, this may be because she's too scared to share it, but what does that matter?
So, jumpy, nervous, but sweet. An odd combo, but she herself is odd.
EXPERIENCE// Pretty much nothing interesting happened to this one-kit litter until she reached apprentice age and met Owlshriek. At first, he seemed unfriendly, yet she kept trying. Eventually she gained his trust and friendship, and the two are an easy pair to spot. Some tease or predict they will be mates, but this is always met by a look of shock and dismay on Wispcloud, which causes them to quickly drop the subject.
