The she-cat was deadly in almost every way possible. Heck, she would take on Shard without thinking twice on it. Why would she cower in fear at the paws of that tom? She would not. She was already better than the tom anyway. Not that she would ever plan on joining him, overthrowing him, maybe. Killing him, maybe. Joining him? Never. She looked unharmed to the eye of others, as the blood of her wounds was only showing a slight pink color, through her almost woolen pelt. With a sigh, she kicked out with her hind legs and lashed out at the front, before jumping high and leaping away from her attackers. If they gave the chase, well she was already hidden among other cats. She did not feel tired in the slightest bit, she could barley feel where she had been battered by others. Sure, her wounds stung, but this was a she-cat that had lived through some of the most horrible winters of all time. With minimal effort she plucked the black and white leader by her scruff out of the battle, ignoring the she-cat's struggling she hauled her off to the medicine cat's den. She had second thoughts about what she was doing for a moment, the feeling of carrying the she-cat by her scruff was a familiar one, only this time she was a lot bigger than the kit she had been. Clearly no cat knew anything of her half-blood heritage. Vividstar struggled under Sombersnow's paws, the leader had no chance against her mother. She could easily remember what she had said to the she-cat when she was a kit, and Sombersnow was getting rid of her. Don't turn out a mistake like your father. What did the stupid kit go and do? There was no room for mistakes like her in the world. The large she cat let a growl rip from her throat. It was time. Aiming a blow at the she-cat, she hit the bark on the wall of the medicine cats den, weakening her. Sombersnow watched her kit try to get up, but it clearly was not happening. Knowing there was no danger of Vividstar disappearing, Sombersnow scuffled through the herbs, and plucked out some death berries. The lithe she-cat started to struggle for her life in protest, but there was no way she would be able to get out of this now. Scooping up the berry with her paw, she forced it into the she-cats mouth, and down her throat. The she-cat was trying to screech in terror, but Sombersnow managed to keep that at a minimum. Anyway, there was a battle going on, it would not be out of the ordinary. "Don't worry princess, you wont be making any more mistakes, your mother will make sure of it." The she-cat purred. Her daughters eyes widened with shock and grief, but it did not last long, as they soon began to close over. She still felt she was doing the right thing. Putting Vividstar's head down gently, she watched, until her chest which was rising and falling, came to a still, and life was taken from her daughter. Dare she press her nose to her daughter's pelt, one last time? Quickly she pushed her nose into the dead she-cats pelt, and then dragged herself away. Slipping out of the medicine cats den, it was almost as though nothing had happened.
Bengalshriek's jaw dropped slightly. It was all happening so fast, he could easily join in the battle, and it would not be long before Tempestclan won. That was not his plan though. It may work out better than he had first thought. He looked across at Divinemoon and moved closer to her to talk in her ear. "This is getting out of hand, Celestialclan should go back." He purred gently, but it was not a satisfied purr, it was a concerned one. Vividstar was already being dragged out the way, yet he kept his maw shut. This was his chance. "Celestialclan return home!" The large tom yowled. He looked up at Perilstar, his eyes narrowed to slits. "I will hold this one up." He added with a snort. He looked around at the cats of Celestialclan. Please go home. He prayed. He was also praying for his life. "You want to keep them? You will have to go through me first." He snarled at Perilstar. He looked at Divinemoon, he hoped he could still be with her, see her face again, but he needed to prove himself to Celestialclan.

Divinemoon looked at Bengalshriek. Concern filled her eyes as her elegant bodice moved closer to his. Was he mad?! Putting himself in the face of danger. And then it hit her, He wants Celestialclan to like him. He wants to go back with us... "Bengalshriek...you....." She let a hard look set into her eyes, pushing back the concern and worry. She would have to have faith in him for this. She needed to get her clan home. "I'll get them back, along with any of your clan that wants to go with...." She looked at him her eyes gentle as she readied herself to get those back that needed to. "Celestialclan let's go! Cats who wish to leave with us do so!" She yowled loudly. Giving a quick lick to Bengalshriek's cheek she started away. "Be careful..." She whispered before increasing her pace and heading through the chaotic area.
--
Perilstar snorted lightly at the notion of Vividstar actually fighting for her clan. Whatever. His eyes rolled in their sockets but it was not at that. It was at the voice of Bengalshriek. The tom was supposed to be faithful to Tempestclan, not telling the fragile cats to return to their lands. Snarling he charged towards the tom. He was a leader, nine lives would keep him alive he had nothing to fear. Bengalshriek was larger and of course older, though the confidence and pride swelling in Perilstar gave him a pure idiotic brain. He was the winner her of course he was. "Join Ghoststar in Starclan, for you do not belong with us." He hissed under his breath. He flew at the tom. His aim was off, for anger was surging through his veins. A hot headed temper would be his death....but that did not register in the tom's mind.
--
Blitzpaw heard the cry. To Celestialclan, those who wanted to. He looked around for Winterpaw. "Winterpaw?" He called. Finding her amongst Nettlescreech and some others he nosed her lightly. "Let's go! Celestialclan is leaving."

Bengalshriek looked at Divinemoon longingly. She had just been a beautiful face, and a part of his quest for power, but she was more than that, and Perilstar was an idiot. "Goodbye." He meowed, looking after her. He could only pray that he saw her again. He whipped his head around as he heard the first of Perilstar's anguished yowls. "Ghoststar was a better leader than you will ever be, not that you have long left to prove yourself!" The older tom snarled. Then when Perilstar flew at him, he jumped backwards out of the way. He could still see Celestialclan cats unsure. "GO FOR STARCLAN'S SAKE, SAVE YOUR CLAN!" He yowled at them hastily. He had to keep his eye on Perilstar. The bengal snarled. Perilstar was not at his best, anger was overthrowing his judgment. It looked like the star's were on his side this time. Lifting his paws he aimed blows at the tom for a starter. They well strong, and rather accurate, he was no armature of course. He was older and wiser than Perilstar, quite possibly stronger too. His muscles rippled under his pelt, as he did his best to dodge anything Perilstar was aiming at him.
Ghoststar was caught off guard by everything that was happening, but this tom was saving her clan, and for that she would owe him. Gathering her strength, she did what she could to give Bengalshriek strength and power. He would fight like a leader this day. Starclan would not be pleased with her when she got back.
Winterpaw shook her head and looked up to see Blitzpaw looking at her. Her head throbbed, it was so hard to even try to think. She could not see a better option for herself. She looked around in a short moment of panic, searching for Pounceflash, but he was there, he was safe. She relaxed visibly and looked at Blitzpaw. Leaving? She could leave? She let Blitzpaw lead her, she had suffered pretty badly, she would need a medicine cat probably. She would also need to thank Pounceflash, but right now she needed to try her hardest to get back home. "Wait, Blitzpaw." She meowed, Quickly she limped to where her mother's body was, she knew they could not take it. Saying a final goodbye, she joined Blitzpaw in leaving, she could ask question later.
Nettlescreech stood panting, Sombersnow was gone, where? There was no time for that though, his clan were beginning to leave. They could go home! "Quick Articshimmer, lets go!" He meowed to the she-cat. He could notice how stunning she still looked even after battle later, getting home was the most important matter. Blood ran down his pelt and from his ear, but he would get home. "Lets go!" He yowled to his clan. He left, padding quickly to keep up with Divinemoon, Winterpaw and Blitzpaw, what was the Tempestclan apprentice doing?

Perilstar snarled lightly as he took the blows from the tom. There was nothing he could do as he was blinded by the anger that had built up inside. The tom was idiotic that was a known fact to all but him. Taking in a raspy breath he threw himself at Bengalshriek again. His paws tried to catch the tom in the face, in the side, anywhere. But all he got was fur. His aim was not well and he yowled in rage. How was he supposed to hold Temepstclan up and keep them strong if he could not fight well.
--
Blitzpaw waited and watched as Winterpaw went to say goodbye to her dead mother. He placed himself right beside her, his pelt brushing against hers as they moved. He looked back at the mess they were leaving, only looking ahead to find the possibilities endless. He would have a new home where he was going.

Bengalshriek knew he had an advantage. "Whats up Perilstar?" He spat. The more angry he made the tom, the more unlikely it would be for the tom to be able to focus on fighting. This was perfect. Perilstar caught him a couple of times, leaving him with quite large wounds and a little battered feeling, the tom was not precise with his movements tonight, but he was strong, so the rare occasions he did catch him with his claws, it hurt. He dove for the tom, with more strength now. Doing his best to hold himself strong when they collided. When he knew Perilstar was getting weaker and weaker, so was he, he backed off for a minute, caught his breath, and charged at the tom. Aiming to place his paws on each of the toms shoulder's, and push him onto his back, so he would be flat on his back.

If there was one night the tom was to pull off the most stupid thing in his life it was tonight. For as Bengalshriek threw himself at Perilstar the tom was rearing back in attempt to block it off. Idiot. The word rang through his mind as the tom's paws caught his shoulders and placed him onto the ground. There was little he could do. For as much as he had muscle in him, Perilstar had wasted much of it by attempting to make contact with Bengalshriek and failing to do so. "Get it over with fool. It's not like I won't see you at a later time." He spat at the tom giving a final attempt to rake Bengalshriek's belly with his claws.

Scarlet stains streaked long, gnashing teeth as the shrimpy warrior clacked them jeeringly at his opponent, the 'mighty' Reapingdusk. More like the mighty suck-up, shaking his head with furious rage, Pounceflash darted towards the other tom, massive in comparrison, and feigned a light nip towards the creamy bengal's neck, skipped away, and spun to make his real attack, oh dancing oafs were a jolly good time to watch! But there was no time, here was their escape! Perilstar could not keep them prisoner forever! But who was this, ordering them to leave this place, it was certainly no CelestialClan camp, for Pounceflash would then be able to recognize the voice with ease, no, it was a TempestClan cat? But they were all foolish, silly, battle-hungry fiends, why would they both saving Pounceflash's beautiful clan? Only to satisfy ones personal needs, the little silver tabby knew this well. Is this him Ghoststar? This cannot be the one you want, look at him! Look at the way the blood drips down his neck and his eyes light up with uncontrollable fury, he's TempestClan through and through! Sister, I pray hope you know what you're doing! Heaving a final snarl into Reapingdusk's ear as he launched himself way from the rival-clan member, Pounceflash rampedly spun around, disoriented with the echoes of screeching all around him, still, even after the order to dispatch by the mystery 'hero'. "Go!" He yowled to the sky. "CelestialClan, go!" Winterpaw! Where is Winterpaw? Weaving through the writhing crowd with relitive ease, Pounceflash peered wildly about his surroundins for her petite white frame and her vivid apricot splashes. "Winterpaw?" He asked the air before his muzzel, blinking slowly. Suddenly the world was spinning around him, he rocked on his paws, teetering to one side before catching his balance, trying to keep down a wave of nausia. A blood-splashed whtie-and-ginger body lay before him. "Winterpaw?" he asked again, rolling over the body. Oh it was sinful, but a heavy, warm wind burst from Pounceflash's locked maw as he finally recognized Citrusflower. "Rest in peace, gentle she-cat. I will take care of her." He murmured, tenderly caressing one of the young she-cat's ears when suddenly the raging sounds of battle and chaos raged around him, and he returned to 'CipherClan'. In that moment, a feline form crashed into him, knocking him into the corpse. "No!" he yelped, rolling away from his dead clanmate quickly and bolted into the crowd. Instantly, his frantic golden eyes locked on the young apprentice. yes! Ramming with all of his meager force against a cat in his path to her, Pounceflash wove a path away between them. "Winterpaw!" He cried happily, chest pumping with his white-tipped legs dispite the adreniline fading and exhaustion replacing it. "StarClan I thought those savages had killed you!" Flicking moon-like eyes a fraction of a hiar upward, he spotted Blitzpaw. "Come with us to CelestialClan until morning, when the battle has worn away." He offered the tom apprentice hopefully. It would be awful to be such a young soul stuggling to clean up ones blood-splattered home.
It was like slow motion, everything around her spinning slowly, orbiting. From the corner of her worriedly shining eye she frantically spied a massive black and white oaf of a warrior dragging away her leader, she had to care, Vividstar had been her friend, even if she had made a poor decision, Arcticshimmer didn't know if she herself could resist the appealing temptation of Perilstar, he was muscular, with a sleek coat and handsome, seeking eyes. Though it was all fake, she could very much imagine herself standing weak and frightened before of him when he began to infuse warm love into those piercing green eyes, gazing into her own. It wasn't fair for Vividstar to be so cruely murdered, nor was it fair to be hated, nor was it fair to keep hearing her brother's helpless shrieks in the back of her mind while she was forced to run from the scene. Life just wasn't fair, hm? Sablefeather was dead. The beautiful slender she-cat felt a jolt in her heart tan forced her small frost-tipped paws to lock up, sending her sprawling, staining her sleek coat with blood, dew, and soil. Stains? Who could honestly think of stains? She certainly couldn't, as a piece of her delicate, thudding heart was ripped away from her and dragged to the heavens. I will see you again someday Sablefeather. The blue-point lay there, dazed, while CelestialClan cats rushed on around her, TempestClan leaping over her limp form to pursue them. Oh it was hell. Somewhere in the distance, beyond her ecasing shell, closing in on her, Arcticshimmer heard a deep, masculine voice crying her name. Who was it? Oh. Nettlescreech. A fluttering sigh erupted from her lungs, and, finding how difficult it was to move, like swimming in a vat of honey, Arcticshimmer quickly gave up. Someone would find her and drag her away. Or perhaps one of those handsome TempestClan villains would wander over and clasp their teeth around her throat. She'd see Sablefeather then. They could romp once more, like they did when they were kits. Oh he would have made such a nice leader! Gazing blankly at the slowly darkening sky with filmy blue eyes, Arcticshimmer finally fell asleep, exhausted from battle and given up, so uncharacteristic from her, but oh her poor brother!

Bengalshriek glared triumphantly down at the tom below him claws. It was over now. Perilstar could not live. As much as she would have liked just to leave now and let that be the lesson he had taught Perilstar, he knew the tom would never give up. "This is for the good of the forest." He meowed. Taking a deep breath, he choked on it when his belly was scratched, but not badly. Bending forward he sunk his fangs into the toms throat, he was done for. He pulled away quickly not enjoying the taste of blood. He stepped off the tom and glared down at him. It wouldn't not be long before the other Tempestclan cats started attacking him. Turning, he was about to leave the camp when he noticed Articshimmer asleep. No! He dashed over to the she-cat, and pushed his nose into her pelt to awaken her gently, but quickly. She was also very pretty, but he kept his thoughts to himself. "Come on Articshimmer, it's ok." He meowed softly to her. He did his best to help her.

Pale indigo lights flashed all around her, frightened, glittering with pent-up tears, flashing, streaking across the black of her closed eyelids like a vivid lightning storm. Sablefeather I'm so sorry! She wanted to leap up and cry out to the sky, begging for StarClan's wrath. But she couldn't force her limbs to move, and her eyes? So glazed over with grief it was hard to believe she would ever again open them. The big seal-point had always promised to protect her, and watch over her, but what about him? Who watched over Sablefeather? Evidently, no one. And now what about her, who would keep her safe? Arcticshimmer knew well just how feeble she was in battle, the wounds streaking her ribs showed that, and as her conscious evaluated them, the scratches began to burn and ester as she lay mashed against the dirt, and oh how her cheek stung! Probably another gouge, or perhaps a whisker had been torn out. Ow.. She silently moaned, rolling her eyes in pain behind sheilding lids. Again, someone was speaking to her, not the same cat but agan, a masculine voice. He was probably handsome, but what a silly thought at a time like this! It's okay? It's okay? Certainly not! He was right, whoever the mystery fellow was. He sounded kind and guiding. Maybe she had really died too. How was she supposed to know what dying was like? Giving a soft moan, she knew she had to go with him. Something in his voice lifted her away from the ground, blood and dust still caking her left side as she hobbled to his side, eyes still closed, memory of his voice guiding her. Open! Her mind screamed, and her eyes obeyed, though everything was blurry, his dappled golden pelt was distinctive. "You're from TempestClan." She mewed softly, confused and still blinking those clear blue eyes. "Who are you?"

It was a long time before the she-cat woke up, so long that he had already begun to get slightly worried. "It's ok - I have no intention of hurting you, I want to take you home." He meowed after the she-cat noticed he was not of a Celestialclan origin. "You can call me Bengalshriek, Perilstar is dead now - I made sure of that, but we need to get out of here, you don't need any more wounds than you already have." He told her. He prayed she would let herself trust him. Of course he was also eager to get himself back to Divinemoon. He did his best to steady the she-cat on her paws, even when she fell onto him slightly, pressing into his battered bones, and the wounds Perilstar had inflicted upon him. He hoped that Aquasplash would not have any problem with treating him.
