cause if you jump, i will jump too we will fall together from the building's ledge never looking back at what we've done we'll say it was love cause i would die for you on skyway avenue
A forlorn sigh escaped the depths of her dainty maw, melting into the air as her brilliant indigo eyes darted to and fro anxiously, the silence only reinforcing the melancholy atmosphere. Tall ears flicked as long, flowing whiskers twitched in the nearly suffocating night, her neatly groomed silver pelt bristled in the heat. Dull. A void. Empty. The silence was constricting, forbidding, leaving only echoing thoughts in her head, replays of the rushing water, the thudding pawsteps of her unsung hero thundering off. Abashed, Indigodusk stared at her paws, wishing there was someone to chat with, slaughter the emptyness with a lighthearted conversation. And at the same time, she ached to soak in her misery. You're beautiful. You're beautiful. You're beautiful, it's true. I saw your face in a crowded place, And I don't know what to do, 'Cause I'll never be with you. You're beautiful. You're beautiful. You're beautiful, it's true. There must be an angel with a smile on her face, When she thought up that I should be with you. But it's time to face the truth, I will never be with you.
The emerald green eyes were bright and filled with happiness. His chocolate brown fur was blown in all directions by the soft breeze going through the camp. His eyes drifted to the pretty she-cat sitting alone. She was beautiful in the starliht, with the moon shining down on her too. The sight was holy, angellic, and most of all beautiful. Indigodusk was her name. He had never really spoken to her much, and they would only call each other aqquaintices. He let out a soft yawn, for he didn't want to disturb the peace. He stood and took a few steps toward the beautiful she-cat with wonderous indigo eyes.
"Hey, Indigodusk, isn't it?" he meowed softly, closer to her now. He smiled a goofy, toothy smile that was welcoming. He wanted to be her friend, and to be closer to her.

wreathedmoon was relieved, seeing as the battle was finally over, make that the final battle. he lay there outside of larkstar's den and closed his eyes, then with a slight gasp remembered the absense of taintedcharm. he didn't see the tom coming home with the rest of his clan. wreathedmoon sighed wearily, not for himself but the way larkstar would take hearing that another one of her warriors had died. the deputy called softly into her den, then entered. 'larkstar, taintedcharm is..." he was unable to finish the sentence, though expected what he said was enough. wreathedmoon turn his head to survey the clearing, though it was quite empty at the moment. some cats had escaped the battle a bit unscathed, some left with scars that would last a lifetime.
this was depressing, even the felines he never got along with, wreathedmoon could feel sympathy for. but he sought out one femcat in particular; harvestmoon. he searched up and down the the camp for her beautiful pelt, but was unable to locate it. as worry began to shroud his thoughts, he pushed it to the side for the moment. wreathedmoon turned to larkstar, giving her a look that seemed to say 'im ready to do anything you need from me.' wreathy could feel that he had changed, he was a different soul now. no longer vain, but patient, and ready to help those in need.
ooc; i missed everything D: well i be very good at the next battle! (whenever that is and whenever we make a new plot lol)

She had been accepted into Zephyrclan. Though the animosity towards her was felt. However her posture did not lack and her voice was never under what it should be. She wasn't about to let her determination to make Larkstar see just how much she appreciated this, drop because of the other cats. Though she felt stabs of pain in her heart from the looks she received she couldn't hate herself because of her past. It was not her fault that her past had been with Maliceclan and nobody understood that! She was created by her mother and father, she was not like them. She wasn't like any other Maliceclan cat. Once maybe, but day by day she grew more and more distant. Sighing she looked around, her eyes a deep chocolate.

The medicine cat sat riged, waiting for a flood of wounded cats. She was glad she had restocked her herbs and organized them before the battle started. Screechgale's paws started hurting the longer she sat like that, so she decided to lay down for a while, still waiting for those who are wounded.
Shadowedpaw sat in the corner, happy that the battle was over, but not really caring who was gone. She never connected with any of the cats other than Maskedpaw, but she hadn't seen him since the battle started, which made her worried. But that was the only emotion in her at the time.

Spectrepaw slipped into camp, she wanted to hide from all the weary looks of the clan cats and go running to her mother. Right now she really needed somebody. She did not doubt her loyalty, now that she had announced it, but she was scared. Looking left then right over her shoulder she limped across camp and flopped to her side at the paw's of Rapture. They hadn't exactly been friends, but there was a comfort in being with a cat whom she already knew, and one that had a lot of determination in proving herself. Compared to Rupture she was a sniveling piece of fur and blood. Would she ever get used to calling her old clan mate Rupturepaw? Curling herself into a ball she still found herself shivering. She wanted her mother so badly. She felt her muscles tense and her heart felt empty with nothing to love and devote herself too. Her mother would probably forget about her and have her new litter to love. Deep down Spectrepaw was still a lonely kit.

She took a few steps out into the camp from her den. "PEACHPAW!" She shouted, hoping the energetic apprentice would hear her and realize that she was frustrated. Screechgale sat and waited for her apprentice to appear, she realized that she would need her assistance with the damage from this battle after taking a few swift looks at the cats limping in. Her mind started to wander as she sat there. I wonder how hurt the other clans are, or worse yet, how many medicine cats there still are.

Sapphireshard sat in a small patch of shade, avoiding the sun as much as she could. She didn't like the uncomfortable glare in her eyes, but she liked the warmth of its rays on her fur. She didn't feel like lying about in the sunshine right now though. She figured going hunting would be a good idea, but she wanted to find someone to go with. Entering the warriors den she called softly the first name that came to her, "Crypticstreak?"

Peachpaw wandered in unsteady dreams, twitching and mewing in distress as her dreamself walked into enemy territory. She had had this dream dozens of times before and knew what was coming next. She would stand, transfixed in horror, as her brother mauled and maimed his own kin and the only one who knew her heart. She fought every moment of it, crying out in pain, struggling to turn away, to stop it, anything to make this nightmare end! Suddenly, everything swept away and she was coming to her feet in response as someone called her name. Confused, the little tabby paused, disoriented and not sure where she was. Then Peachpaw realized who had called her and knew: Zephyrclan was back! She came to her paws in an instant and was sprinting out of the den and weaving through cats to reach Screechgale's side. Panting slightly as she slid to a halt, the yellow tabby got out, "Reporting for duty!" as she looked around wide-eyed at all of the injured cats.

"Good." Barked Screechgale, she wasn't in the mood for this apprentices spunky disposition. "Round up all of those who are wounded. Get those who are wounded the worst to me immediately, make the others go rest and come see me once they have more strength. Tell some warriors to not let anyone who was in the battle to leave this camp until I have looked them over. Then ask Larkstar if a patrol could be sent to other clans to see if help is needed on my part. Got it?" The medicine cat found herself talking so fast that she could barely understand herself and decided that she would do some of the things herself. "You know what, scratch that. Just round up those who are wounded." She corrected herself.

He woke to find silence in the den, all was quiet, the only noise the slow, calm breathing from the sleeping warriors. A lot of them must be tired and worn out. He felt another presence, blocking out some of the light in the den from the entrance. Hearing his name he raised his head politely. Normally he liked to ignore cats when they tried to wake him, but it would have been impossible for him to ignore a voice that sweet. He stood up and took a moment to stretch his stiff muscles. "Yes?" He answered quietly while padding over to where Sapphireshard stood. He turned to lick a healing wound on his shoulder. Even though it would not help them, he felt comfort in cleaning them.

"I was wondering if you wanted to, uh, go hunting or something?" Sapphireshard asked, looking up into the tom's eyes. She felt slightly dizzy, which was odd. Had she gotten a little too much sun? Blinking a couple of times, she smiled sweetly at Crypticstreak and waited for his answer.

Screechgale bolted out into the clearing as fast as she could, hoping to stop all of those who were wounded as fast as possible from leaving the camp. "No one with a wound leaves this camp." She shrieked. "And those who are unwounded or didn't go to the battle I wish to see you." She called out, a bit quieter this time.

Peachpaw quickly sat down and pricked her ears in earnest attention to Screechgale who was obviously not in the mood for her runaway mouth and antics. The she-cat felt a flash of shame for being so upbeat when all of these Zephyrclan cats were walking in wounded from their fight with Maliceclan. She knew she could have never fought so bravely like them and straightened up, deciding that if they could do their job so well, then she could certainly perform hers and that would be to obey Screechgale and heal as many wounds as possible. Or whatever the medicine cat said, technqiuely. But when Screechgale started rattling a list of things for her to do, her eyes went wide. How am I supposed to do all that!? Her mind wailed like a lost kit, but she didn't get a chance to say anything, as Screechgale was already scrambling away, trying to beat all of the warriors before they got out of the camp. Peachpaw leapt to her paws and followed, ignoring the thought that she was acting way too much like a duckling these days, always following Screechgale around. It was her duty and she would do it, even if she felt like a dork. Remembering her instructions, she began to scan the clearing, seeing Crypticstreak, Sapphireshard, Wreathedmoon, and Larkstar, as well as a few cats she didn't recognize. Glancing back at Screechgale, she asked quickly, "Um, what about them? They don't smell like Zephyrclan.." She hated having to ask that because her instincts screamed to care for them all. Even as she asked, Peachpaw was stepping towards Spectrepaw, since she wasn't sure if the she-cat was o-k .

He's taken, stupid. You dumb ditz, you should have figured. Nope, nope, you just always gotta go headfirst don't you?
Headfirst. That's me. A sigh, sought out by all the quiet frustration gently bubbling and boiling, churning in the pits of her gut, but only a bit. She couldn't help being so sweet, and being pleased for Sapphireshard and her catch, a sweet, charming fish. Maybe Driftingice was seeking hers out in the wrong river, what other rivers were there? None. None for her, never would be. It's alright, maybe I could mentor one of their kits. She smiled and trotted to the freshkill pile, her steps light and graceful as always, the she-cat's movements liquid. Flick your tail, girl! At least acknowledge him! Can't. Lost your chance, just go eat something for StarClan's sake. Another sigh, all her self-hate bottled up in the anguish in the simple exhale told it all, but no one heard. I need to hunt. Yeah, that'll help. A nise big fish would ease it all. Nodding to herself, just enough that anyone seeing would take no notice. She needed no one thinking she was insane as well, though she may well have been. Crossing camp, again missing her chance to say something to Crypticstreak, trying to convince herself she didn't want to interupt them, but knowing it was her timidity lashing out again. Padding swiftly out, she banished all thoughts of 'him' from her conscious. driftingice to terra.
