"Please stop." She pleaded, looking from Northwind to Emeraldfire and back again. "I was bound to find out eventually." She meowed urgently. She rushed over to Emeraldfire's side and layed her tail across his shoulders. "Its ok Emmy calm down." She meowed hastily, then looked back over at Northwind. What if they started fighting? What if they would not stop? She paniced then winced as she felt a stabbing pain in her belly. She wimpered, scared.

^{Northwind blinked, slowly turning to Raidy. "He's hurting you," He whispered, more to himself, making a mental note about Raidy than anything. "What did he tell you?" Northwind breathed, now completely ignoring Emeraldfire's tantrum.}

Her eyes grew wide as she stared at Northwind, at first she couldn't say anything, she was in pain. It took a moment, but she managed to gather herself together, taking a deep breath she left Emeraldfire's side. "He told me that you liked me." She meowed. Then she relized that it might not be true, if it wasn't then everything would be ok, this whole thing would have been over nothing, she was hopeful for a moment. "Can you tell me its not true?" She asked.

Emeraldfire saw that Radianteclipse was in pain. He raced to her side, to help her walk towards Northwind. He shot a glance at the other tom, a look of truce. "Radianteclipse, what is wrong? What is causing all this pain?" he meowed, desperate to help her. His eyes were wide, and full of fear. He felt more like an apprentice than a warrior. He hoped that Radiant was ok, and he said a silent prayer to StarClan.

Northwind surpressed a hateful snarl towards Emeraldfire. Insteasd, he sighed. "Of course I love you you silly she-cat!" She chuckled, moving forward to bury his head in her shoulder fur for a moment. "But not like that! Radienteclipse! That would be like mating with a sister or something!" He shuddered. "You're beautiful, of course. Emeraldfire is a lucky tom. I'm just so.. concerned. He'll take you away from me," He murmured quietly, but loud enough for Emeraldfire to hear. EWhenever he mentioned the other not, his voice was malicious.

Radianteclipse looked at Emeraldfire. "I'm fine, I er think." she meowed to him before turning back to Northwind. at first her heart began to race, but he had not finished, or at least she hoped he had not. She began to relax a little bit. "Good." She meowed and head butted him playfully. She felt another stabbing pain in her belly, but she tried not to show Emmy that she was in pain, he would only overreact about it. She smiled unconvincingly. Maybe she should go and see Dawnfire.

"Radianteclipse," Emeraldfire meowed in a commanding voice. "I'm not letting you stay here one minute longer. You are going to go to the medicine cat, whether you like it or not." he ordered. He looked at Northwind. "You can come too, if you want." he mewed in a friendlier tone, turning towards the camp entrance.

Radianteclipse looked at Emeraldfire and groaned. She felt like protesting againt him, but she gussed that it would be no use, she knew when he meant what she said. Without protesting she began to pad back to the camp.

Rad to camp.

Northwind shifted his weight from one side to the other, sighing. He didn't like him commanding her, even if it was him just being a protective mate. And not one bit did he like the thought that these two had been intimate for a while now. Blinking rapidly for a moment, the warrior looked up. "No, no, you two can go.. alone" He murmured, deep in complicated thoughts. What Emerald said. I-I love her? Of course! But.. not that way... or do I? Well, of course I do! She's kind and funny, and not to mention one of the most beautiful she-cats I've ever set my lonely tom eyes on. A more sensible part of his mind was by now, screeching at him. What about ol' Losty and that Lily? There's only one reason they'd be blubberin' over you like that! I don't love them! He argued with the cynical butsensib;e portion of himself. Oh you don't? No! No I don't! Leave me alone! In a huff with himself, Northwind sighed, and padded off in the other direction, forgetting about Lostdesire and Lilythorn. He just needed to think.

Emmy to camp.

The massive she-cat nodded swiftly, and led her apprentice to a rocky hollow, much like an arena, and it was conveniently overed with thick moss, though slippery, it made sure no damage was done to any unlucky apprentices. "Alright, so. Flamingpaw, you're much smaller than me, right? So what do you plan on doing?"

Northwind's paws tingled for some reason. He knew he'd left Lilythorn and Lostdesire dangling on their patrol, but he couldn't go back to them. How could he patrol at all? Felling sick to his stomach and tired before words, mentally and physically, Northwind plodded back to camp. Preparing his apology to Lilythorn and Losty.

she smiled as northwind playfully nudged her, and followed him for a moment. they really didn't progress anywhere, before northwind looked slightly annoyed. but, he covered it up quickly. then, he excused him self to go somewhere. probably to go to rad. lostdesire thought to herself. poor northy, he hadn't figured out what was happened yet. "lilythorn, shall we continue our hunt?" northy's loss if he decided to skip out on them for rad. after all, lostdesire was the "loser" of the clan. naturally, nobody would want to hang with her. and northwind decided he was too good for her now. suddenly, she began to fume, why did she always get abandoned? why? how come it had to happen to her out of all the cats? lostdesire's warm, fuzzy feeling began to shrink quickly. it was being replaced by anger, and betrayal. coldness swallowed up everything, until she was transformed into a creature even uglier on the inside than before.

now, she could actually relate to lilythorn. poor lily, she felt something of what losty herself felt. "kinda sucks, doesn't it lily?" maybe she'd understand, maybe she wouldn't. losty was completely heartbroken...again. this time, she'd never so much as glance at any tom in her life. "sorry, but im going back to camp. it's not you, i promise, it's me. i'd really like to hang out some time though." the she-cat managed a fake smile and then took off towards camp.

Lilythorn watched as Lostdesire walked back to camp. She realized she was alone now. She let out a sigh. Everything had gotten weird, for EVERYONE. Lily decided to just go for a walk, see where her paws would take her.

"I plan on trying to knock you down, using my small size at your paws, unbalancing you?" she replied to her mentor's question. She smiled at her mentor. She had no secrets to hide from Lynxstar, and it was good to have someone trust her, especially since it was her mentor and her leader.

Lilythorn looked up as her nose picked up the scent of Northwind...and a scent of something.. unpleasant. Vomit. She quickly padded over to him. "Northwind? Are you alright?" she meowed, concerned, but in a friendy way. He didn't look good at all. "What's happened?"

Hopelessness on his normally beautiful face, Northwind looked up, then quickly looked away, ashamed of his shallowness. He was supposed to be a selfless warrior! Now, so greedy he wouldn't even alow his friends to have mates and in the process ruin everyone else's lives. This was't the way it was supposed to be! Looking deep in her eyes, Northwind shuddered. "Please leave Lilythorn," He pleaded the deputy, slowly covering his mess with dirt with his good paw.
